In the Heart of Greenville! This spacious four-bedroom, three-bath house offers ample room to spread out and enjoy your stay. Each large bedroom is designed for privacy, making it perfect for groups and families. Nestled in a quiet, professional neighborhood, it's ideal for attendees of any Greenville activities. With a pleasurable walk to ECU athletic venues, one mile to Elm Street Park, and two miles to the hospital, convenience is at your doorstep. Unwind and indulge in this classic gem."
This house was built in 1957 by a former Ecu professor and has only had two owners.
A fully stocked kitchen for your use. All linens are provided. The washer and dryer are available for any washing needs. The WiFi is very strong. One well behaved dog under 50lbs is allowed with a $75 pet fee.

Great stay yet again

This was our second time staying at Greenville Classic during the holidays. Everything was great. The location is centrally located to everything we need and the house is spacious and great for the family. The backyard was great for our dog as well.

Perfect

The location was fantastic and the house was perfect for eight of us women. We enjoyed that there was lots of common area inside and out where we could all hang out. We were near anything we needed including a great park for a little hike.

Great area

The house is in close proximity to ECU-super convenient! There was plenty of room To spread out and we even cooked a meal in the kitchen. Cute back yard and the house was clean.

Friends and I are ECU alumni, we came back for a football game and we’re greeted with a cookie cake. Very thoughtful and great communication with owner. This was my second time staying at this house! Great location, great size, and very clean!

Fun Family Time

Our get-together included grandparents, our children and their children. This house was large enough to accommodate all of us so comfortably. We were able to enjoy our group time, but also each family had its own space. The house is beautiful, with so many neat nooks and crannies. This is a vacation we will always remember. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Conference

We have an annual conference each year in Greenville. This is the second year we have rented this house and it’s been great - plenty of space for us to spread out and a great patio outside to wind down in the evening.

Great house!!

We had a great experience & the house has lots of room for family. Owner responded immediately to my request for an extra night stay. When we arrived the outdoor patio lights on & lamps on in the house, It was so warm & inviting. Our son is attending ECU Dental & this house was perfect location & size. The back living area is where we all lounged around & had the best visit with family. House is older with lots of charm & stocked with everything you may need. This house was built by a former ECU professor in 1957. I am the second owner. It has a unique design that has two living areas to watch your favorite movie or ball game. The fenced backyard allows the family to spread out even more.
