Totally Renovated Greenville Townhome - Pirate Fans & Monthly Renters Welcome!

Located within the highly desirable Quail Ridge Development and within 2.0 miles of ECU and 4.5 miles of ECU Health Medical Center. This two level townhome was neely renovated and furnished in May 2024. The first level offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and dining table for six (6). The den offers a sofa and love seat around the fireplace with electric logs and 46’ smart TV. Also located on the first level is another seating area with two club chairs with view of the den tv. The half bath and laundry room are also on first level. The private and fenced patio is accessed by sliding doors off the den. The concrete patio offers seating for six at a wrought iron grouping. Up 14 steps (with landing halfway) are the three bedrooms and two full baths. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the king and queen rooms have smart TVs. The master suite has a private bath.

We had a wonderful stay. We were close to the hospital for the birth of my granddaughter and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Met some wonderful neighbors while walking our dog. The home was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Carol, our host, was wonderful and quick to respond.

Came to Greenville for granddaughter’s 1st birthday

Overall the place was great, they had plenty of throw blankets to keep us warm. I really really wish the gas fireplace worked, that would have been amazing, but the beds were sooooo comfy and an extra hour in the morning for check out would have been nice too. Overall 5 stars. Thanks!!!

First VRBO/home rental

Our stay was a pleasant first experience with a VRBO/ home rental. Carol made it easy. She communicated well and efficiently. The properly was in quiet area. The only issue was that bedroom door and a couple of other doors would not close..possibly b/c of the doors expanding because of humidity... we were not able to close the powder room door or the master bedroom door. Amenities were great... no ironing board. All in all a great stay. Thank you Carol! Be well.
