The home was clean and comfortable. The only item we needed and expected to be there was salt. Other than that one tiny thing, our experience was positive!The stairs are steep, so if you are travelling with someone with mobility issues, that could be a problem!The check in and check out process was very easy.

Great Stay

Nice location near to major highway, but still very quiet. Good beds, washer and dryer were a nice extra. Close to Disney, not far from Uni and SeaWorld and BGT. Definitely recommend.

Visiting family

The property was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, though there were a few minor issues: patchy WiFi in parts of the house, some missing kitchen items, and remotes with dead batteries (which we replaced). As our visit was short, we didn’t report these and worked around them.Communication from the host was prompt but heavily focused on rules. After our stay, the host submitted a damage claim for a plastic towel rail that came loose under the weight of a damp towel; the charge was high. We had insurance, which covered it, and I’d strongly recommend other guests have coverage as well.

The home could have had more towels. Some soap and better TV channels.

The gate worked sometimes and then sometimes it didn't. Overall the house was fine.

Successful family getaway!

We love staying at the fountains and this property did not disappoint. Check in was a breeze and the place was just as the pictures display. Short walk to the pool which the kids loved and layed back and quiet! We will be back!

Great stay!

We booked this house due to the location. Only 20 or so minutes to the parks in Orlando. Property was clean and perfect for what we needed. There was a slight issue with the air when arriving, but we messaged the host and it was taken care of immediately. Would stay again!

Universal family week

We enjoyed the property. The larger pool around the corner was super nice compared to the closer one in the neighborhood. The property was clean and spacious. Traffic to universal ranged from 25-45 min. Due to time of day but the extra drive time was worth the savings of the property! Comfortable beds also!

Spacious, clean, kitchen fully stocked, great location, quiet.

The unit was spacious and clean. We loved it. A quiet area, great for seniors. The kitchen was fully stocked. Some kitchen items needed to be replaced. We called Kwami and he had them replaced with new. Great location, walking distance to stores and restaurants. We booked for next year.
