Rest easy knowing you’re in a secure, gated community with 24-hour security. Parking is a breeze with space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway (parked side by side) and 1 additional vehicle on the street in front of the property.
Other Things to Note:
🧼 Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
Pool Use: For your safety and comfort, we advise against using the pool during cold or rainy weather. The pool is serviced weekly, but after rain, some debris may wash in, causing slight discoloration in the water.
Check-Out: Please note that check-out time is 10 AM. Housekeeping arrives promptly after this to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt schedules and may incur a fee of up to $300.
Self-Catering: As a self-catering home, we provide initial supplies but do not restock during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, you'll find detergent for up to 2 loads. In the kitchen, we supply paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. If anything is missing upon check-in, let us know, and we’ll arrange a restock.
Security: For your peace of mind, we have security cameras outside the property. Rest assured, none of them are pointed toward the pool area, respecting your privacy.
