Great location and pool area

This property was perfect for days by the pool and also for getting to Disney and other attractions in the area. Great neighborhood and would definitely stay again.

Excellent Villa

Everything was amazing, a great home, super clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again. The only part of the process I didn't like was driving to the property mgmt company to sign documentation BUT it was close and easy. Pool is amazing and well kept, clean, quiet, gated neighborhood.

Clean and super convenient

The house was clean and the pool/jacuzzi was nice and warm our entire trip. It was also in the most convenient location between the airport and the amusement parks. Hilarious to know it was right next door to the house my family stayed in 3 years ago! I would highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay with the exception of the mattresses. They were very hard. When you pay to heat the hot tub it should at least be able to run until 11 if not midnight. A long day at a park and you want to relax in hot tub, but it cuts off at 10.

Mattress comfort can be quite personal, and while the current mattresses are in good condition and meet our quality standards, we understand that preferences vary and will keep your comments in mind for future updates. As for the spa, the timer is set to shut off at a set time in alignment with local noise ordinances and to ensure the long-term performance of the equipment. Great experience!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space. Not too far from Disney. We paid to heat the pool so we could enjoy it at any time. The property management company went above and beyond when we realized we were almost to the border without our passports! They were so responsive and helpful! We would stay there again without hesitation!

Nice location and pool

The good: lots of space, big kitchen, good location, games in garage, awesome pool and hot tub, and management people where nice and on top of things. Plenty of towels was a plus.The Bad: I booked on VRBO I should pay on there and been done. No they want your License, Credit Card and Utility bill. It was so bad that I thought it was a scam. Then they want you to come in to their office when you get there but they are only open 9 to 5. If it wasn’t last minute I would have gone with someone else just because of all this. Next the beds were bad, old and not comfortable. There was also 1 less bed than in description on VRBO. The carpet in the bedrooms was also dirty and old.Well equipped kitchen but the dishes were not great. Overall great space and pool. A few quick updates and place would be a 5 star.

Check in was easy, they gave a gate code for the community and a keyless entry code for the home.The home was as pictured and very clean upon arrival.The home’s layout was nice. Kitchen had a good selection of cookware, small appliances and dishes. The pool and hot tub were great, we opted for heating. They supplied a great cable tv service along with streaming options and WiFi.Neighborhood was nice and close to restaurants, stores, golf and attractions. (The only thing I feel could be done to make this place perfect is some of the furniture and bedding could use updating, but it’s not a deal breaker.)The Management Company was great! We had a couple minor issues that they took care of the same day we called within a couple of hours.Would definitely rent here again.

Office hours: 9AM-5PM, to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own.
