Excellent Stay

Great location, near restaurants, supermarkets. Liquor stores and Disney. The home accommodated our family very well. Lots of space. Loved the outside bathroom. Definitely would recommend this place

Horrible stay

The property was delivered in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The master bathtub contained hair, dirt, dead insects, and live ants, making it unusable. The king bed is severely broken down in the middle, causing us to roll toward the center all night. We had to use extra pillows just to sleep. The mattress and box spring are heavily stained and appear unsanitary. Furniture throughout the home is excessively worn and poorly maintained. These issues were reported immediately, yet management has failed to take any meaningful action. The attached photos clearly document the condition of the property. We paid for clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations and did not receive them. Given the sanitation concerns, defective bed, insect infestation, and lack of response from management

Pictures don’t match

We were definitely catfished by the pictures. We drove 2 hours to get to the location to check in at 4, the cleaners were still there and didn’t finish till about 4:20. The rooms are awesome painted and themed. The garage has zero AC and looks like a storage room. The ac for the rest of the house kept switching to 78 degrees it was hot! The pool is the size of my garden tub and the out door furniture is gross and falling apart. We didn’t have any sheet pans or pots to cook with just 2 crockpots. The master bed is so worn down it caves in the middle and you end up sleeping on top of each other. Due to the bed and the heat we had to sleep on the couches.. I was extremely disappointed with this house it’s not worth the money nor the headache of what needs to be fixed and or replaced. Thank goodness we were at Disney everyday so we spent very little time at the house.
