Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at my property. I take guest concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few points for the benefit of future guests. 1. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a top priority at my property. After you raised your concerns, I followed up with my cleaning team, who confirmed that the floors had been vacuumed and mopped before your arrival. When you reported concerns about some dishes, I promptly offered to arrange additional cleaning, but you declined. During my visit to inspect the property the following day, the concerns regarding the floors and vents were not brought to my attention. However, I acknowledged that the kitchen hood vent needed further cleaning and addressed it immediately in your presence. You also did not mention that your allergies were being aggravated during your stay. Had I been made aware, I would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss the matter with you and find an appropriate solution. 2. Dishes: The photos you provided showed spots on a few dishes. I have taken this feedback into consideration and reminded my cleaning team to conduct more thorough checks before future guest arrivals. 3. Bathroom: Regarding the bathroom, I explained that the dark areas you pointed out were discoloration in the grout, rather than mold, as discussed during your stay. You also raised a concern about the drain cover, and I suggested repositioning it near the corner to address the issue. 4. Bedding: All linens are washed before each guest's arrival and inspected as part of our preparation process. The concern about stained sheets was not brought to my attention during your stay, which would have allowed me to investigate and replace them promptly if necessary. I regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. I strive to be an attentive and accommodating host, and I take feedback seriously. Communicating concerns during a stay allows me the opportunity to address them promptly and provide the best possible experience. Thanks for the review. The laundry wiring is done by the certified electrician as I mentioned it earlier while you were busy sending me all the pictures that didn’t make any sense such as backyard. The AC is perfectly working ; in fact I had to warn you few times about not opening the front door fully with AC on as this may exhaust Air conditioner while you were searing outside. You were here at my property for quarantine purposes; however you didn’t mention me till the next day of arrival(while booking you stated you were here to visit while staying) and you were doing lots of tantrums about getting dishwasher fixed and I declined to fix it citing COVID-19 at the moment. Equally you almost put me on risk by not saying you were here on quarantine while you were opening the door for me so I could get toilet paper rolls for you as demanded. Being humane, we let you check in way earlier and accommodated you accordingly, but you didn’t appreciate it citing your constant tantrums, lies and rude behaviour.
