The Space:

Kick back and unwind in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo located in sought-after Building 4 of Ocean Pointe Resort. This bright and spacious unit is designed for comfort, convenience, and the perfect Florida Keys escape.



The open living area features a large flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and sliding glass doors that lead to a step-out balcony with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.

This beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center.

The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended while vacationing in The Keys.

Ocean Pointe Suites Resort is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately 2 hours north of the Southern Most Point, in Key West. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests.

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.



Interaction with Guests:
