When we first arrived, there’s a security guard at a gate. They told us go left. It’s gonna be in front of the marina. However, there are four buildings in front of the marina. The numbers that we were looking for did not correspond with any of the building numbers so we had to search for which one we were in then the message we got says the key is in a lock box by the elevator. The lockbox is on a wall on the other side of where the elevators are could not find it right away. The instructions also said there is a spare key on the laundry room door and the code is the same so we just went up to the rental. It was going to use the other key cause we couldn’t figure out where the first set of keys were, but that lock box would not open so we had to go find the first set of keys. Instructions just were not very clear. The listing. It states that it’s professionally cleaned however, there are marks on the ceiling from where air is coming out of the vents and it has not been cleaned. The drains in both bathrooms would not drain due to huge clunks of hair being lodged in them the checkout instructions say run the dishwasher however there is no dish detergent to run the dishwasher. It also says take out the trash trash is nowhere close to where the rental is located overall it was a very nice rental. It does need some maintenance. Very little would have to be done to make this an amazing rental.
