Family milestone birthday celebrations

Twelve of my family members decided to celebrate multigenerational birthday milestones together in Greece. The gorgeous setting was a perfect place for a large group to gather and enjoy time together. The villa easily accommodates large groups comfortably. You will not want to leave the spacious and private outdoor living, lounging, and dining space. Nik was an incredible host who greeted us and made sure we were all comfortable and answered all of our questions. He made several recommendations that we truly enjoyed. Especially the restaurant and rental car suggestions that were perfect. We will be reminiscing about our great stay at the villa for years to come!

Beautiful & special family holiday

The villa is very special with lots of character. Stunning ocean views and very comfortable stay with stylish interiors and furniture. All amenities included for a great stay, high quality towels & linens.. We opted to have daily housekeeping and occasional chef / cook service which was easily organized with the house manager and we loved it. In fact the lunch bbq that that was catered was one of the best meals we had during our stay. There were some typical issues with the house but the owner & house manager were extremely responsive and did their best to resolve issues efficiently and fairly. I think it’s advisable to get a four wheel drive rental car if you can - so you can access the beach that is very close by.. and also have a easy time getting up the rocky road to the house. - I had a regular car and it was fine but I would’ve appreciated a four wheel drive. You need a car to access everything about 10 min drive away. I would definitely stay here with my family and friends again. The island is amazing and the views from this serene villa are breathtaking. The surf beach by the near by Rooster hotel is also incredible.

Spectacular villa perched on this hills of Antiparos

We had the pleasure of spending a week in this beautiful and very tastefully designed villa in Antiparos. Perched high on a hill in the island's back country, the views from the villa are stunning and the house is very comfortable for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor dining areas and pool and loved having a private chef come and cook for us one night. Unfortunately, we had two problems the week of our stay — 1) Excluding the very first day at the villa, the wifi did not work for the entire the week and 2) The hot water did not work in the guest house and therefore 4 of our guests did not have hot water for the entire duration of their stay. Despite daily communication with both the owner and the property manager, these problems were never resolved, causing a big headache for all involved. However, the owner has taken steps to make up for the inconvenience caused. If not for the issues mentioned above, our week in Antiparos would’ve been perfect. Overall, we highly recommend this stunning villa for your next vacation and we hope to return to the charming, quaint island of Antiparos soon.
