Nice quiet location. Great view. Nice Condo. Had to provide own sheets and towels which was known. Should mention bring and extra towel or two such to step out of the shower with. They had beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice but don't recall them mentioning that. They should add that to the listing so you don't bring yours only to find some already there.

Perfect place and location

This was my very 1st time using VRBO and I have to say this was a excellent experience.. Chris the owner communicated with me through out my process.. The place was clean and was located in a prime location.. I def would recommend anyone that is visiting North Myrtle Beach to rent with Chris!

Great condo!!!

Perfect condo for a family that wants to be just steps away from the beach and a very short drive to nice restaurants at Barefoot Landing. This is our 2nd time staying here and plan to book again for next year. The owner has excellent communication!!

Beautiful place in a great area

We loved this property from the ease of access to the beautiful balcony with the ocean right there. Loved the area it was in which was definitely family oriented and residential. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Family/Friends Vacation

The building itself and location, property had what we needed. However the condo we stayed in wasn’t clean. Dirty pots, pans and utensils all had to be washed before we used them. Bathrooms were not clean, dirty toilets. Floors in living room and bedroom not swept. The dishwasher almost fell over when opened, as it was not bolted in. Honestly the unit needed a little TLC and cleaning. My recommendation is the hiring a professional cleaner as it is included in our rental fee.

Great place!

Loved the location! It was quiet and we felt very safe. Property is very clean and well kept. Elevators were prompt. View was amazing. We saw dolphins on 2 different days. The beach was groomed daily and lifeguards on duty. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend adding a hand towel bar somewhere in the master bathroom and also adding a mini vacuum so that sand/dirt can be kept off the floors during your stay (I bought one for $22 at Walmart and decided to bring it home with me because it worked so well!) There was a broom and dust pan in the closet...but the vacuum was so much better! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Bring your own linens including towels and sheets and kitchen towels, etc. The beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Parking and elevators were nice and easy. My kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. There is even a hot tub by the indoor pool. The condo is slightly dated and the floors were not very clean when we arrived but I swept daily and it was no big deal. We borrowed a can opener from a neighbor but everything else in the kitchen was in working order. Fridge and AC are good and cold and the showers and toilets have excellent water pressure. It is just amazing having that view right from the condo! There were lifeguards on duty daily which I felt was an added bonus! Everyone we encountered was so friendly! I recommend this property. Excellent value! Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Nice condo, beautiful beach, excellent communication!

We had such a nice week at the beach! The condo was great for 4 adults and 2 young kids. It has such a cute, beach theme inside. You do have to bring your own sheets and towels. The building had a nice lobby area, good pools, and the beach wasn't too crowded. There is extra parking right across the street, and there were always plenty of spots. We had bigger vehicles and actually preferred parking over there. The road there is not busy. If a car is coming, they typically stop to let you cross. The hosts were excellent and so fast at responding to any questions I had! On our first full day there, we had a minor issue with a toilet not flushing right. There was someone (a very nice, friendly man) there that same day to fix it! I also want to share a restaurant recommendation: Boardwalk Billy's and definitely sit outside! It's shaded and there are fans, I promise!

When we first walked into the condo, it smelled of mildew. We tried to go on the balcony & the slider in the living room was broken. When you open it, a large piece of greasy metal popped up. I got a broom & cleaned off the balcony myself & got a dustpan full of dirt. The bedroom slider wouldn’t open. We notified the owner who told us the living room slider was worked on last week & the bedroom slider sticks. We got the bedroom slider open & told them we could live with the living room slider & step over the metal piece. Next to our young son’s bedroom is the furnace. No big deal, right? It was covered in cobwebs & layers of dirt. You can tell that it hasn’t been cleaned off, if ever. Considering it’s placement next to a bedroom, that should be done. The couches in the living room were stained & dirty & a layer of grime on the lamps. In the master bedroom, there was a piece of styrofoam duct taped to the headboard to keep it from hitting the wall? For some weird reason, the master bath had an overhead red light when you flip the switch. The bathtub was jetted & had mold all around the jets & the spigot. There was mold in the washer. The countertops hadn’t been cleaned. The fridge had mold at the bottom of it & a piece of wood duct taped to a shelf to hold it in. After contacting the owners again, we were told the mold is “surface mold” & can be wiped off easy & the mold in the washer was because the door wasn’t left open to “dry it out”. They wanted to send a cleaning company in again DURING our vacation to clean AGAIN. We paid for a week of uninterrupted time & having it RE-CLEANED while we were there was unacceptable considering the amount of money we paid. We asked for a refund & they flatly refused saying the cleaning would be an “easy fix”. The amount of grossness in this place was not an easy fix. It was extensive! Our son has asthma & staying in a place like this wouldn’t have been healthy for him. We found another place to stay for the remainder of our trip, clean & free of mold. Since they refused to reimburse us, we’re filing with small claims court, none of which should have to happen but if we have to go back to Myrtle Beach for court, we’ll do it. Don’t let the pics they post fool you like they did us. If I could post the pics & video we took I would, but a few can be seen on another review we posted of this place. NEVER had an issue like this before! Also, the owners posted a review on THIS PLACE which is against VRBO rules!

Location was amazing. Right on the beach and close to shopping and abundant dining.Condo needs a deep clean. Baseboards, picture frames, fans, etc all have a significant layer of dust. Also could use a couple shelves in the second bathroom. Vanity has virtually no surface space for any toiletries and wall has a large space that could easily accommodate shelves.

The location of this property is great and so is the view. There was plenty of parking for oversized vehicles across the street and a place to pull up in front for unloading. The unit itself is nice layout. The front bedroom with the queen bed is very compact and does not have a dresser or closet, so be prepared to store clothes in another bedroom as there’s not much room to lay out a suitcase. The owners are incredibly responsive. We had a small issue and it was handled right away. One place that could use improvement is the cleanliness. Maybe the regular cleaners were away, or they just need a refresher on expectations, or perhaps the unit was vacant for awhile. But, that area was lacking for our arrival. Overall, we had a nice stay and the indoor pool is great for cooler days or nights.

Great Weekend Away

We had a great weekend away with some friends at this property. It was plenty big for all of us. The owners answered all of my many questions in a very timely manner leading up to the trip. Checking in, parking passes and checking out could not have been easier. The location was great right on the beach and great shopping and restaurants so close as well. We will definitely keep this in mind when planning for next year!
