Beautiful eclectic studio with lush private garden and solar heated pool

New to market; Purpose built 1 bedroom studio to suit couples wanting a private, peaceful break. Queen bed in main area with ensuite bathroom. There is a small room off bedroom area with a trundle bed if travelling with a child.
Fully equipped kitchen off main studio area with oven pod coffee machine and washing machine.

Smart television, free wifi. and the entire studio is beautifully decorated, light, airy and very comfortable. Quality bedding and linen provided, you can lie in bed at night and often hear the waves on the nearby beach.

Plentiful outside seating areas, outdoor hot shower and a large solar heated salt water swimming pool. Well loved private established gardens with vegetable beds and fruit trees. Off street parking in driveway. lovely headland walks in both directions and access to safe swimming beach less than 5 minutes walk down the hill.

It is a short drive to Kiama town centre or a 30 minute walk along the headland

The Studio is part of the main residence. Fully self contained with own entrance. Owners often away and if in residence very respectful of guests privacy.

A breakfast basket is available for the first nights stay, also good quality linen and beach towels.

Small well behaved dogs welcome on application.

The welcome hamper was great, yoghurts, fresh fruit cereals and bread. The appliances were of high standard.Our disappointment was with the layout. For a couple with a small child it would have been perfect, however, the main bed was part of the open plan dining and lounge room and the single was a small nursery size windowless room. The door between the single room and the rest of the cabin was transparent glass therefore the was no privacy. I felt the photos were deceptive as it gave the impression of a seperate large roomy double bedroom and a completely seperate single bedroom.

All the home comforts plus access to Kiama Costal Walk

The studio is fitted out with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Extra touches like having quality breakfast options provided, including sourdough bread, and fresh fruit, as well as soy milk and dairy free margarine, were icing on the cake.The garden is gorgeous with fruit and vegetables growing in abundance, outdoor seating, a pool, and an outdoor shower.Great access to the Kiama Coastal Walks. We hope to be able to stay here again.

A stunning spacious well designed property including beautiful garden and pool. Everything was thoroughly added to the studio even the wonderful breakfast box left in the refrigerator for us. An absolute privilege to stay.

Clean comfortable delightful host well appointed generous breakie package private quiet

Once you walk thru the private side access there is an enchanting garden to enjoy and enhance your stay creating a relaxing ambience. Excellent location for us south of the town, just a short walk to the beautiful Easts Beach and short drive to the "Top Shop" for a great range of groceries plus the "Manning St Cellars" with an extensive range of stock.

Better than described

This little gem in Kiama had everything we needed, the dogs were considered and the breakfast basket was a lovely considerate touch. It was well above our expectations. Would stay there again. Not quite walking distance to city center.
