The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, perfect for our family for a few days over Easter. It is right next to the surf beach in a residential block and an easy stroll to the high street. The kitchen is well equipped but there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby too. We had a great time here!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and local attractions. But also just far enough away from the direct centre of town so that you could relax peacefully. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a charcuterie board watching the beach and park activity.

Perfect location, lovely unit

Very clean and comfortable furniture. Great view from the balcony and an easy walk to restaurants, shops and beaches.

Beautiful apartment is a stunning town.

We had the best holiday! We enjoyed Kiama so much and can't wait to go back. The apartment was awesome. Well situated, close to beach and shops. Great coffee and dining/food cafes.

Lovely place right by the surf beach

Lovely place right by the surf beach with all you need for a few days away. Parking is behind the gates but not undercover so bring the reflector!

Short get away

My sister and daughter spent two nights at Kiama. It was a great location with easy walks to the beach and the best cafes and restaurants. Lots to pick from with lots of variety. The food was worth the trip

Peaceful Unit in Great Location.

The apartment was perfect for just the two of us but would also be suitable for a family of four. Fully equipped with everything we needed including lovely homely touches. The location was outstanding, right on Patrolled Surf Beach, view exactly as it is shown in the profile photos. Park the car and walk to the main town center for great coffee and cafe's. Try to be there on Wednesday afternoons for amazing Farmers' Markets directly across the car park from 3pm. Fantastic food, wine, music and local fresh produce.

The check in was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. It seemed like the property manager was from an overseas call centre. Cleanliness wise, the pop corn, salt and lollies in between the lounge was very poor. Check in time is really late and when you ask for an early check in, it’s in ed, despite being advised that they will get you in early were possible.

The unit was very clean and beautifully furnished and we were able to walk to nice cafes for dinner which was very convenient. There were a couple of negatives however. The parking space provided was difficult to get into and the people upstairs were very noisy and there was a DVD player but sadly no DVDs.

Great location but some limitations

Good points - location is brilliant with huge park and beach right in your backyard. Bedrooms are spacious and being able to sit on the couch and see the waves never gets old. Bad points - kitchen was tiny, would be very hard to cook a proper meal (perfectly well equipped for breakfasts). Check in at 4pm is a bit silly - if you need 10-4 to clean properties then get more staff. Windows are locked so they can’t be opened more than a few centimeters. Disappointing not to be able to get the fresh ocean breeze into the bedrooms at the end of a hot day.

Regarding the check in time, as we are sure you can understand given the current circumstances our cleaners are partaking in very thorough cleans to ensure the property is immaculate for your health & safety at the property. On top of this the property is also COVID misted which takes additional time, meaning that check in time is 4pm. We hope to host you again soon!

Great place to stay. Small apartment when you have teenagers with you but really good value and you cannot get closer to the beach.

Perfectly Situated Apartment

This two bedroom apartment was perfect for us and our one year old. Safe park and beach just across the road, and Kiama has a heap of quality kids playgrounds. We would love to return, and would highly recommend this property!

Good location, nice place

Easy walk to the park and beach. Apartment is nice, most modern things (no dish washer). Parking is very tight and only really for a hatch back or smallish car (there is ample parking in the carpark but not secured). I found it a nice walk to shops but it is a few blocks. It does have stairs to the apartment but not heaps.
