Very comfortable beds, loads of room for a group of friends or large family. So close to facilities, shops and beach. Ample room for parking. Would have appreciate some hand towels in bathroom but other things made up for that minor inconvenience.

Weekend in Whangamata

Great family-friendly accommodation with all the facilities you need for a relaxing getaway. Superb location, only a few minutes walk to the town's main street where the shops and restaurants are. Lots of cafes around. Backyard was fully fence and the house has a nice balcony with a bbq grill available. The rooms were tidy and bed were soft. Clean linens woth plenty of bath/beach towels available. Would recommend to my family and friends for a practical and not so expensive accommodation in whangamata. Thank you Sarah for letting us stay in your beautiful well-loved house!

Great location

Excellent place for all the family! Great for teenagers downstairs and lovely deck and backyard. Close to shops was a bonus, easy walk to the beach and quick drive to the wharf. Loved it thank you!

Perfect extended family break

House is exactly as it’s described. Lots of room to spread out, all the extras, like oil and matches in the pantry - had a birthday and forgot matches.Deck set amongst trees and large back yard for cricket. The bathrooms are tired but functional.Would definitely book again! Tried to but already booked next Jan, wah!Only thing we missed were drying racks as it rained a few days and we couldn’t dry anything.

Great Whangamata House

This house was spot on for our group of 4 families plus teens coming and going. The downstairs space for the teens was perfect and the well equiped kitchen, huge fridge/freezer and big eating space on the deck were awesome. Perfect location with a sneaky back gate to the shops. Highly recommend

Last minute weekend away

We had a great stay, lots of space for 9 of us and naturally the kids all wanted to bunk together so the 2 living spaces meant we got some quiet time as well ☺️

Incredible location, big placd

Centrally located, just a two minute walk to the centre of the main eateries. Really big place with decent sized bedrooms. Great host communications. Pantry had good staples.

Perfect location

Great bach! Perfect location, walking to town and the beach was a breeze with young kids. Plenty of space, very well set out bach. Property manager was really easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Lovely stay!

Fabulous

Perfect house for our group, the rumpus room for the teens was fantastic. Location was perfect right by shops, with a stroll through a few streets beach access to the beach. Fantastic & easy communication with owner. We would definitely love to stay in this house again.

Great Space and Location

Perfect location within Whangamata close do shops and restaurants and an easy ~10 min walk to the beach. Great facilities and room layout for our break which was us, our adult children and a couple of there friends. The rumpus room downstairs made for a great location for the kids and friends to hang out in.. Would recommend...

Absolutely perfect

We could not have asked for better. Great house with excellent living area and outdoor flow into the upstairs balcony. Facilities all really nice and kitchen modern and well stocked with cups, plates, and everything you need to cook. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Town is literally out the back gate. So good. Would definitely check here first when coming to Whangamata again. Thanks to the hosts!
