Three bedroom luxury villas at the Barefoot Yacht Club. Spacious floor plans with plush seating, private waterfront balconies, fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, multiple TVs with cable and complimentary WiFi. PLEASE NOTE: Yacht Club Villas are individually owned and room decor (bedding comforters, flooring, room amenities) may differ.***Pictures shown are a representation of this unit. They layout will be the same. However, the decor will vary as these are individually owned condos. This unit comes with 2 parking passes, unfortunately, the HOA does not allow us to give additional out.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
