Very Nice Condo

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Itrip staff was very accommodating and professional. Always use them when we go to Myrtle Beach.

The balcony had an awesome view and a great outdoor relaxing space. We loved the condo! Location was great. I highly recommend the condo. We will rent this condo again on our next trip to Myrtle.

Unit was beautiful with a great view from balcony! Host was VERY patient and accommodating throughout the whole process! This was my first VRBO experience and it was wonderful!

This place is lovely with very few shortcomings. Condo was quiet, clean and spacious. Location was great, for it was located close to nice golf courses, excellent restaurants, and great entertainment. iTRIP, the host, waseasy to work with, making arrival and departure seamless.

Great place to stay

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo, and everything was great, again! We stayed for a month, and the condo was very clean, well stocked with almost everything we needed. The balcony was nice and large, and we made use of it pretty much every day. It overlooks the Intercoastal waterway, and Barefoot Landings, and most weekends we were able to enjoy the music from there. It wasn't so loud that it made conversation difficult, but was a very nice background. The people at iTrip were very accommodating and easy to work with, both for check-in and check-out, and they addressed any issues/concerns (the only issues were minor, needed a different set of sheets, etc.) promptly, and courteously. The only thing I would say is, of the 3 king beds, 2 are very high and could be difficult for some guests. I would definitely stay here again! Sue

Family vacation 2025

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was so nice sitting out on the balcony every evening having a drink, watching the boats in the inlet and listening to live music at times. The pool was amazing! The location was fantastic as it was close to restaurants, attractions, groceries stores and gas stations.

Beautiful condo, looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed the view and the huge pool. Very clean, easy checkin. Would stay here again.

Marina View

We loved the view of the marina! The condo was nicely furnished and decorated with plenty of room for our granddaughters. We were surprised and happy to see the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on Monday night. The fireworks were almost at eye level from the condo balcony!

Been going to Myrtle for over 20 years and its been getting hard to find places to stay that aren't very old and tired. 702 at the yacht club was great. It was updated, very clean, looked great, smelled great, enjoyed it very much and will stay there again for sure.

Property was excellent. Beautiful views and we could hear the music from the restaurant below in the evenings while sitting on the balcony. There was plenty of room and the condo was clean.We had questions about the remotes and the answering service called us back immediately.

Perfect 10 WE loved it here!!

The property was just as pictured. Very clean and the swimming pool was clean and huge. The beach was 10 minutes away from the property. Food selection was excellent…. So many great choices for a family of 5. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Good location, pretty much up to date. Condo wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been. Something sticky was spilled on the floor other things stuck on the floor, paper crumpled up under the dinning room table. It appeared floors weren’t washed, swept or vacuumed.

Beautiful property high class

Great place, stayed with my wife, 2 kids, 9 and 12 plus my parents, both in their mid 70’s, we have high standards and this place hit all of them. We stayed for 12U Ripken and didn’t stay with the team who was in South Myrtle, per the South Myrtle reviews it’s unsafe, unclean for families. This place was awesome would stay again.
