Lovely beach getaway in Manzanita/Nehalem

Beautiful new beach home located just across the street from a nature preserve with a view of the Coast range in the background invites you to create wonderful memories. The backyard has a large patio, firepit, and charcoal BBQ.
Inside you will find an open great room, kitchen, and dining room floor plan. This beautifully decorated 3 BR/2 BA home has a beachy feel throughout, including shiplap in the entry, great room, dining room, and master bathroom. All bedrooms have carpet flooring. The well-equipped kitchen has quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of prep space.

The great room has a cozy fireplace, a 58" flat-screen TV, and wireless internet, puzzles, children's books and toys, as well as card and board games. Also included are a washer and dryer.

Home sleeps 6. Three bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a king-sized bed. The 2 queen-sized bedrooms share a hall bath. Master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

Ready for the beach? You have access to beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Conveniently close to Manzanita Beach as well as other beaches, parks, restaurants, and local shops. A block and a half away is Nehalem Bay and Elk Run Trail, a walking path that you can take to Nehalem Point.

Check-in any time after 4:00pm on your arrival date. Check-out time is 11:00am or earlier on your departure date.

Cancellations & Refunds: The total cost of your reservation is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. After the 30th day prior to your check-in has passed, there will be no refund.

Clean, modern, open floor plan with lots of room and extra. One of the best stocked locations we have stayed especially in the kitchen. Quiet, enclosed backyard with a fire pit and a charcoal grill. Comfortable and roomy bedrooms. And only like 3 minutes to the beach.

I traveled with my wife and three young daughters, and the house was prefect for us. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked, and communication was excellent. Located on a quiet street with very easy access to town, beaches, hiking, etc. We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house in Manzanita! The house was so cozy and had so many amenities including an amazing backyard to eat dinner and gather with a group. Also, it’s a quick 2 minute drive into Manzanita and close to Seaside and Cannon Beach. Lovely hosts as well with great communication!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very communicative with us, through the entire process. I do not book accommodations very often so I really appreciated all the communication. The home was immaculate and beautiful. We will definitely stay there there again. I would recommend the home to anyone who is looking for a place at the Coast. Such a quiet, relaxing space.

Jay was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean with all the comforts of home. It was a great home base to explore all that the Oregon coast has to offer. We especially enjoyed the puzzles, fire-pit and well equip kitchen. We will definitely be back! Thanks Jay!

Property is everything you expect: clean, easy host contact, well equipped, etc. We explored the Oregon Coast from Tillamock to Astoria and was a good middle place to start our days. Would definitely book again.

Location,location,location. This home has all the appointments and furnishings needed for comfort and convenience and cleanliness. Though many opportunities were not within walking distance they were easily accessible. We walked the beach at low tide, biked the Banks to Vernonia State Trail, and watched from the backyard as the full moon rose over the mountains into a lunar eclipse. Priceless!

Kitchen was well and thoughtfully supplied, as was the entire house. Located on a quiet street with incredible views of the small valley, the house was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is a fabulous property. Everything is top notch from the spacious garage, to the furnishings, the tasteful decor, the fireplace, the nice beds and plush towels. I really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio overlooking the elk ranch. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here!
The patio is beautiful in the evenings and a pleasant place for breakfast
