This was a delightful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magpie Cottage. Leslie was a wonderful hostess and the cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The cottage was situated close to the beach and only a short drive to town. All of Napier's scenic lookouts were close at hand and the views were stunning. I would highly recommend staying at Magpie Cottage - we will be booking this accommodation every time we come to New Zealand.

The property is located one street back from the beach and an easy walk from town.It was beautifully appointed and set up with plenty of space and an back deck to catch the afternoon sun.We would stay there again

The home looks to be recently renovated, spotless, and has comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach/boardwalk is a short walk and stores are a few minutes drive away.
