Great stay on the hill in Napier

Clean and spacious house with great facilities. Lovely stay and very easy to get in to Napier plus Ahuriri for restaurants and things to do. Quiet neighbourhood and lovely walk to the Botanic Gardens.

Great summer holiday house

Great home, everything you need for a family to have a relaxed stay in napier. Location very handy to town and beach. Mary was a great communicator and very helpful.

Milton manor

We loved staying at the Milton property! It was lovely, comfortable, clean and handy to everything in Napier! It was great for our dog Benji too as it was fully fenced and safe for him. Mary the host was great at communicating and ensuring we were happy and had everything we needed. We would def stay here again next time we come down. Vivienne Cooke

Awesome cottage in a fantastic part of Napier

Excellent quality accomodation, ease of checking in through to lovely furnishings and extras - cotton towels, body wash, washing up liquid etc. Great location a few minutes drive from central Napier or walking distance if preferred. Fully fenced section which was child friendly, and great heating options for those colder nights. Thanks again team.

Clean and modern home close to everything - owner is friendly and organised and thoughtful - she left some milk in the fridge which was fantastic and our little dog was able to come. The gas fireplace was amazing as was having an en-suite with a heated floor and heat lights. Fresh linen and towels provided - it was great to be able to arrive and leave so easily. Fenced section perfect for our dog and young child. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need and has a dishwasher. Wifi was also much appreciated. Even brochures on local attractions were provided.

Dream Stay!

Absolutely amazing property, lovely to sit in the sun outside with a wine on the loungers. Great big kitchen with so many amenities. Large bedrooms with big soft beds, amazing feather pillows! Air con was absolutely needed and appreciated. And the extra fan too! We loved staying here, it was tidy, clean, modern and just a really fantastic stay. Great location - although a little scary the driveway being close to a blind corner, but a lot of the streets in napier are windy and the locals must be used to it. Didn't have any trouble or issues. Thanks for an amazing well priced stay!

We had a lovely time; property location made it noisier than expected. Friendly, helpful host. Not completely clean, dusty in places. Photos true to property and it was comfy and well equipped.

Exceptional home to stay at.

This home had everything and more you that was needed for a perfect stay! We were so impressed with all the amenities, especially the Sunbeam coffee maker (a real American thing)! Our little dog, Bella, enjoyed her stay there too.Mary was the perfect host. We will definitely return.

Lovely stay on the hill

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfy beds (love the feather down pillows and Duvet!) the house is well appointed and has great shower pressure. Made use of the Webber Q BBQ out the back and the island kitchen is great. Will be staying here again for sure. Thanks Mary for being such a great host.

What a beautiful home to stay in. Amazing decor. We also brought our dog and with the fenced off section, it was idyllic. LOVED IT!!

Beautiful house, great location.

Great communication, amazing showers, comfy beds, wonderful products for personal use eg hand wash, body wash. Great lounge area and a spacious garden. We took our 18 week old labrador too and was perfect for him. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to stay again.

AMAZING! Couldn’t fault this holiday home . And had the pleasure meeting Mary and having a great chat about the neighborhood with Mary with us originally from the Bay . Clear instructions about the house etc . Sophie (2yrs old ) slept well and so did we . Nice quiet street and great sunny deck , off road parking and fully fenced for the pooch Thank you Mary

I moved to Napier six years ago and love the Hawkes Bay. I am happy to assist with suggested activities or help in any way but also respect your privacy and will only be available if needed.
I live nearby with Betty, my cavalier king charles spaniel who is friendly and we often stop by and say hello upon arrival.
Please feel free to ask any questions or let me know if you have special requests. I can stock the frig with some basics if required.

101 was built in 1924 and has a charming cottage look. I purchased the property 5 years ago and it was in total disrepair. I did a complete renovation and pretty much rebuilt the entire interior. It is now fully insulated with two bathrooms and many modern amenities.

この宿泊施設の特徴

A wink and a nod to the iconic US highway - you will find all the comforts of home here at 101 !
The home is only used for airbnb and a thorough clean is performed after each stay. A perfect situation for traveling workers as you have a full kitchen and laundry. No need to eat out. Groceries can be delivered from local grocery stores as well as several takeaways via uber.
Fast, unlimited broadband supplied.
Efficient gas fire provides heat and ambiance. Full kitchen complete with all you need to cook or just hang out. Off street parking is available for up to two cars and yard is fully fenced.
Pets allowed but please only by prior arrangement and approval.
Sunny and private outdoor living with 4 seater table with umbrella, weber BQ and bean bag chairs.
Please note that there is extensive use of down bedding (pillows, comforters and pillow top mattress pads) as well as down bolster pillows on couch (this is posted for those with allergies).
All bedding is 100% cotton.
Full kitchen with gas stove, full oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. Also perfect for executive travel in the time of covid as you are able to work from the property with unlimited hi speed wifi and can cook or have meals/groceries delivered to your doorstep.
