Lovely peaceful location looking out over the tidal inlet. Had every convenience and so close to Whangarei. Great place to explore the area. Very friendly host. Hope to come back again some day. Thank you.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It was clean and inviting. The host was kind and gave us very clear instructions on how to find her home. The bed was comfy and we had a good nights rest after a day of flying and driving. The best part was waking up to the water lapping at the shore, metres from where we awoke. Highly recommend this stay.

Had amazing facilities, all the essentials. Offered free tea and coffee, and the chocolate gift on arrival was super kind. Really close to the airport for plane lovers. Two hosts very friendly and welcoming

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was friendly and discreet.The location and the view were perfect. We watched the tide roll in and out and enjoyed the abundant birdlife and the many boats including a ship leaving Northport. Wish we coud have stayed longer.

Raewyn and Theo are very welcoming hosts. The studio is beautifully clean and has a lovely view. Very relaxing and peaceful. Very well equipped kitchen and good bathroom.

The property was better than expected from photos, very tidy and loved the little extras in bathroom and kitchen. Very ckmfortable studio with great outlook. Instructions were clear and easily to follow to "check in" and the host was friendly in the brief conversation had not long after arrival. Thank you for a nice easy night away from home!

The perfect long weekend getaway!

I was born in the North and Theo in Holland. We both have adult children and 8 grandchildren between us. We both love the sea and never tire of the ever changing scene from our property. There is nothing nicer then coming home from a hard days work and sitting looking out at our changing view.

We were very lucky when we decided that we wanted to buy a house together. We had always wanted to live on the Whangarei Harbour but be close to work and Whangarei Township and we found our home.

A stones throw from the waters edge and yet close to all necessary amenities. Ample parking. Easy access and close to town. A good selection of bird life to watch.
