This is one of those places where the host really has thought of the needs of the guests. It was so perfectly clean, had everything you needed, and everything just felt really well thought out. From comfy furnishings to a well-stocked firewood basket to the fully fenced yard for our furry friends. We loved our time here.

Tight for a family of 4 (incl teenagers) but very comfortable and tasteful. We loved sitting around the slow combustion fire at night. We enjoyed the short walking options into town and found the whole area to be very beautiful. This home provided a great base. The host was very attentive and helpful.

The lovely cottage is private, peaceful, with every amenity anyone would want. It is five minutes walk to a small supermarket, the bus stop for the Queenstown bus and the riverside walk to Arrowtown centre. We loved our two night stay, enjoyed relaxing on the sunny deck and highly recommend Arrowtown Gem.

Hi Annie, I had to email the property instructions to you because you couldn’t work out how to find them in the booking system. Shame you didn’t message me if you couldn’t use the TV and we could have sorted this for you too, thanks Rachelle
