Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can NOT be split)
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made as 1 King Sized Bed)
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.

Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private use of the entire property, including the kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, deck.

The Neighborhood:
Arrowtown is essentially a beautifully preserved gold‑rush village dating back to the mid‑1800s. The heart of town—Buckingham Street—is lined with heritage buildings, old miners’ cottages, and tree‑lined avenues. Many of these buildings are restored and house cafés, galleries, boutique shops, restaurants. The Chinese miners’ settlement by Bush Creek, with its restored huts, is a poignant reminder of Arrowtown’s past.

Set beside the Arrow River, with hills rising around, Arrowtown has a strong sense of nature being very close. There are riverside and hill trails, scenic views, native bush, and deciduous trees. In autumn especially, the foliage turns vivid golds, oranges and reds, giving a magical feel.
