This lake front 6 acre rural property with a modern 4 bedroom house is definitely one for the nature lovers and people who like to discover new places and see different things.
Where you can swim and fish at your doorstep or launch your own kayak, SUP board or tinnie from your own private beach and discover the beauty of the lake.
Secluded N.P beaches are a stone throw away or if it bush walks that take your fancy there are plenty attractions to see in the area.
Wildlife is abundant eg feed the parrots, watch the kangaroo's bounce by and other critters passing. Check out the amazing stary nights around the fire pit.
If its to quiet for your liking then you can drive to the coastal towns of Eden and Merimbula to see what they have to offer and grab supplies.
You will leave this place with batteries recharged and good memories in tack.
