The Beach Retreat Eden - Pet Friendly accommodation in the centre of Eden

Enjoy a perfect position on the Far South Coast! The Beach Retreat is a spacious pet friendly accommodation with a difference. It is renovated, light-filled and airy. It is perched in a quiet residential area, making it a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of cities and suburbia.

The Beach Retreat is perfect for two couples and two children or a family of six. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two bedrooms upstairs. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and the main bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles. Please specify when booking whether you require 1 queen, 1 king, and 2 singles or 1 queen and 4 singles (Bedding configuration requests are only available when staying for 3+ nights). Although there is only one bathroom, there is a second toilet in the laundry.

The large open plan kitchen, living and dining room (with reverse cycle air conditioning) means that there is plenty of space for the whole family to cook, eat and socialise. The ocean views from the large covered front Balcony means that you will enjoy your view while barbequing on the Balcony in any weather.

The Beach Retreat offers access to free WIFI and some little homely needs! Enjoy beautiful coffees from home using our coffee machine (coffee pods), full access to washers and dryers and a clothes line, as well as a great little radio to update on the morning news.

If your plan is to spend time at the beach, our apartment is perfectly positioned. Just 300 metres from the Southern edge of Aslings beach. Take the dog for a walk along the boardwalk, and then for a swim before having brunch on the Balcony.

Not only are you close to the beach but are a flat 200 meter walk to the centre of town. Easy access to the shops and if you venture a bit further down to the stunning Eden Wharf.

A great mini break

Perfect for our family including our 2 small dogs. The apartment was clean and comfortable and my children loved the loft bedroom. So close to Aslings Beach and also to the main street for a pub lunch. We've already booked in to stay there again next month.

Wonderful apartment

Loved our stay at the Beach Retreat with our fur kids…the location was perfect being close to town as well as the lovely Aislings Beach. Only thing that would have made the stay better would have been few more kitchen essentials like microwave containers, a sandwich press and measuring cup.

Pure Convenience

Great location in the heart of town and close to everything. What a beautiful location, we woke up to the ocean and lake views everyday and the streets are quiet at night. Super convenient and relaxing.

Lovely spacious house close to town

The kids were thrilled with the two story apartment, I loved the beautiful view from the front deck and the well appointed kitchen. The bedding was warm and comfy and the heater did the job in winter. The only thing i would have loved as an extra little treat were some coffee pods for the coffee machine as the nearest aldi was a 30 minutes drive away.

Great location, walking distance to both town and beach. Air conditioning upstairs would be nice, some info or samples of coffee pods for coffee machine would have been nice, but would definitely recommend and stay again.

Was a short experience

The place itself was nice. Location fantastic. the place felt uncleaned and fur everywhere. but it provided all the necessary things. Wifi was somewhat difficult to connect to and limited devices could connect. Once again thank you for allowing us to stay there at short notice

Wasn’t long enough!

A great location, would help if you either had smart tv’s or a selection at DVD’s (or even pop that in the description) the cleanliness was average. There were crumbs on the shelf in the kitchen, the bedroom self was dusty and there was blood in the second toilet behind the door which was also quite dirty. In saying all that is defiantly stay here again.

Great location

Great central location, and great view from front balcony. Good place to stay with the family and pet. Well appointed. It appeared in the advertisement the entire house, rather than an apartment, was being rented, however there was enough space for us in our apartment.

The location is great.

Location is great. Short walk to the beach and close to cafes and shop. The property however was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was very poor and furnishings dirty and tired. View from the balcony was lovely.

Nice little spot

Nice spot - we were swapped from the large 'house' to the downstairs retreat. Worked out for the best. Could hear the sea from the balcony. That was a treat.

Great location

Great place in a good location, close to both the beach and the shops. The only downside was neither tea towels or dishwasher tablets were provided and were not supplied when we requested them. We ended up buying our own dishwasher tablets.

Great Property

Exactly as portrayed in Photos. Well cared for, very clean and an easy walk to both town and the beach. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

You are welcome to bring your pets. The flooring in living areas is pet friendly. Although the yard is not fenced each apartment has a large secure Balcony (For those occasions where you feel like going out for dinner without your best friend). Your pets are allowed in the unit: We only ask that you keep your pets off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. You are also responsible for bringing all of your pets bedding etc.
