Looking to relax? Spend the weekend lounging on the spacious deck listening to the fish jump in the cove. Lots of space for the family to spread out or come together. Bring your fishing poles and head to the backyard to fish. Take a walk in the beautiful gated neighborhood or head down the street to have a swim, shoot some hoops, play on the playground, or play some tennis. Only 1.2 miles to Shangri-La golf course for a fabulous weekend of golf with friends.

Monkey Island Get-Away

This property was great! We were able to fish from the back yard, drive 5 minutes to golf, and drive 30 minutes to rent watercraft. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful. This property was a great selection for our 2-week getaway!

Great hosts. Very nice home. Great location. Lovely setting right on the lake. Close to everything if visiting the area. Hosts have everything on site of you happen to forget anything during your trip. Kitchen stuff , bathroom stuff, lake toys to enjoy the area were a nice amenity.

Exactly what we were looking for

It was the two of and our wonderful dog. We had a very quite and relaxing time. Great access to water, the resort and all we had desired to do!

Great location

This property worked out great for us. We had access to Shangri-La as well with as other attractions on Monkey Island.

Relaxing stay!

Great neighborhood for walking. Pool not yet open. A short drive to activities. Plentiful dining options, if cooking isn’t on your agenda. The kitchen is fully stocked, if you are! We didn’t use the grill, but a large propane one is nicely located on a picturesque back deck. Would stay again. Had an HVAC issue, the owner and caretaker promptly took care of it!

Labor Day Weekend

Tracy’s place was awesome. It had everything we needed for our Labor Day Weekend getaway. It was in a gated, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We would sit out on the covered patio in the mornings and enjoy our coffee and then in the evenings for dinner or just sit and relax after a day on the lake. We will definitely be back!!

Great house, quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our long weekend with family in this house. The beds in the two main bedrooms were very comfortable. (We didn't use the bunk room.) There were plenty of towels. Honestly, the best thing about this property - and there are many nice things - is the owners! They were so kind to answer my many questions and always responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property and Location

The house made our short vacation the perfecting ending to our summer. It has everything expected of a waterfront property close to Shangri-La. It has a great view which made it nice for morning and evening relaxing. The neighbor is quite and extremely safe for kids. The owners are great to work with and we will be going back soon. You can’t ask for much more.

Nice neighborhood on a lane

Nice location on the lake. Patio was very dirty. No toaster or blender. TV was hard to hook in snd there were no instructions.

Great location and space!

Nice quiet cove, house was clean and had basic things needed. Area had plenty of options for dining and boat rentals. Owner was very responsive and nice.

Excellent location

Great tranquillity! Loved the balcony/covered porch. Open floor plan with window view of open water, neighborhood boating, and water ducks and geese. Fishing from backyard yielded nice size catch(s). Kids loved playing tennis and playground. They have a pool but it was not open ( we were on spring break). We did find a place for the kids to ride horses. Overall it was a great value.

Enjoyed the peacefulness of location.

Nice location, very private and peaceful even though there are nearby properties. Was glad to be able to bring our fur family members as well. Would return.
