The property is beautiful and quiet. Had a great weekend there whole family enjoyed it. If your going with a large group bring some larger cookware, wasnt much there but the bbq is pretty good size.

This place was the best family home on the lake that we have found so far. We had space (& acceptance of the dogs) for everyone! It was so easy to take the kayaks to the water with the permission to drive down close. Will definitely keep this house on our radar for future trips!

Family get together at Grand Lake

There were 18 of us in total and there was plenty of space in this house and a lot to do there as well. The owners were great to work with and we had fun in the area as well. Would definitely go here again!

Our family stayed here as a close-to-home Thanksgiving getaway. The house was perfect with plenty of room for us to play games, put together puzzles and crafts. We had a fire and made s’mores. It was wonderful!

Wonderful Getaway!

We always enjoy the time we spend at this property. Beautiful views, lots of space and a wonderful host! The home is warm and inviting with a wonderful bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We usually cook a couple of nights and stay in while other evenings we enjoy the nearby restaurants that are easily accessible.Highly recommended! Enjoy!

For decades, our family has enjoyed everything Grand Lake has to offer—from early morning fishing and boating to quiet evenings watching the sunset over the water. Those experiences inspired us to share this special place with guests looking for the same relaxation and adventure.

In addition to caring for this property, the Haynes family has operated a local business in Grove for more than 40 years. Over that time we’ve built strong relationships throughout the community, which allows us to help guests discover the best of the area. Whether it’s recommending some of the most respected fishing guides on Grand Lake, suggesting local restaurants, or pointing you toward nearby attractions and outdoor adventures, we’re always happy to share what we know.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Because we live on the same acreage as the property, we’re nearby if you ever need assistance, local recommendations, or help coordinating activities such as fishing trips. At the same time, we respect our guests’ privacy and want you to feel completely at home while enjoying the property.
