Located in central SeaPines, this villa offers a perfect home for a comfortable, relaxing vacation and still be close to the best things SeaPines has to offer. This fantastic property is pet friendly and boasts all new furniture in 2024/2025. A fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen allows guests to cook their favorite meals right at home even while on vacation. On the third floor of the mid-rise, take in the stunning golf view off the veranda, and enjoy the close proximity of the neighborhood pool, Plantation Clubhouse and Sea Pines Beach Club.

Extra sleeping configuration as the new king bed in the guest bedroom can be converted to two twins easily. Just ask about the linens if you'd like to make this adjustment. Upgraded WIFI and all smart TV's throughout.

As with all of our villas, enjoy two free bikes for exploring the miles and miles of shady bike paths through SeaPines, free high speed wireless internet, free tennis and a free family fitness pass.

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the golf course view and proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. One suggestion is we feel the twin beds and pillows need an upgrade. We would stay again!

We had a great time staying here. Perfect for a family of four and our dog. We were within walking distance of sea pines shopping center (food, shopping, cafe, bike rental). Though it rained our entire stay, we still had a good time. Third floor condo. Wonderful view of the golf course and lagoon beyond. I’m sure if we had sunny weather, it would have been even better.

Amazing accommodations for the RBC Heritage

This place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. It was the perfect location, had a beautiful golf course view, and everything we needed! The owners made checking in a breeze and were very responsive. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful condo and convenient to everything. FYI: I didn’t realize one of the rooms had twin beds when I booked so less than perfect for two couples (which we were). Other than that, great spot!

Just an FYI for all of our future guests, we have all of the needed linens and appropriate conversion strap in the closet of this property to convert the twins into a king bed. It's actually quite comfortable as the new platform beds come together well with the strap and bridge product we bought. There are sheets and a nice quilt set for a king in the property. If a guest would like us to set it up ahead of time, just message me. Thanks!

Enjoyable October Stay

Condo is well equipped with great balcony and view of golf course. We liked that 2 bikes, beach towels and chairs were included. Saved space in car. Close to beach club. Our dog loved the balcony. Pool area was also nice. Master bed was very comfortable.

Property was clean and well supplied with linens, pots & pans, paper goods. Loved having the pool so close. Not in love with giant air conditioning units but guess that is necessary.

Could use a little TLC

The place was very nice. Having sheets for pets was a great idea although we brought some too. We couldn’t find the book to write in or we’d left some nice words. Two recommendations if I may. ( if it were my rental unit ) Update interior door knobs to rooms they are probably original and also switches and outlets to one color (white) the old tan is outdated and IMO both make the villa seem dated when you’ve obviously updated and upgraded everything in the unit. Second have a swifter type mop in the mud room to help with pet hair pickup while there. We used old broom and tried to get most hair up but it wad challenging 😥 couldn’t get under couch and tables very easily where a swifter type thing would have made it very easy and could be added to the before you leave checklist for those who bring pets. Overall we loved your space thank you sir . We hopefully will rent from you again next year around the same time if available!

Great family stay

Really enjoyed our time at this rental in plantation club. Great space for a family of four. Convenient to the beach and harbor town. Appreciated the savings of having bikes provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy rental

The easiest rental I have experienced. No check in at an office. Renter sends all necessary documents in the mail and gives a code for the door. Nice and clean condo. Great area to vacation.

Good for what we needed

Good property for sleeping. It is dated a little. The TV in the Master bedroom never worked, which was OK with us as it obviously didn't disrupt our stay.

Perfect Loation

My husband and I spent three weeks at this villa and enjoyed ourselves greatly. The location is perfect—easy walk to Beach Club Plantation Club golf courses, and Sea Pines Center. The two bikes were a great addition—loved riding all over Sea Pines. The kitchen and bathrooms of the villa have been recently remodeled and well-stocked (although the bedrooms and living area could use an update/refreshing). The deck overlooking the golf course was a great spot for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful place to relax

We made a last min booking and was a quick gateway for the winter break. It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we couldn't have chosen a breed place. The apartment was awesome - clean, modern and well maintained. Location within Sea Pines was almost perfect. Jennifer, our host was very helpful and awesome. We recommend this place and will be definitely back

Dated, but functional

After a long hot drive, check in was frustrating and not smooth. I had to call and text several times as the codes I was given weren’t accurate and one of the bikes needed servicing upon arrival. It was left on me to arrange bike service and the rental company couldn’t do a swap in a timely fashion, so I had to make arrangements to transport myself. The unit was dated, but functional. Pictures are accurate. Kitchen had been updated. The unit was mostly clean, except we found several dishes that had been put away dirty and the showers had some mold in them. Views of the golf course were nice. Close to the beach club. Rental bikes that were included came in handy. Close to pool. Building appeared to be at capacity and parking was tight, but we always found a spot.
