Welcome to this newly updated, ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in the heart of Sea Pines’ desirable Plantation Club community. Now available to the rental market, this beautifully refreshed villa overlooks the 9th fairway of Atlantic Dunes, the acclaimed course named Golf Course of the Year, and offers a picturesque view of the Plantation Clubhouse.

Start your mornings on the private patio with a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the fairway and golfers and cyclists begin their day. The ground-level location means you’ll enjoy a private gas grill—a rare feature not available in upper-level villas.

Favorite Place in HHI

We’ve tried several plantation club condos over the last few years and this one was the winner! The condo was clean and the kitchen was updated. Plenty of room for the kids snacks in the pantry and the location was awesome for the pool or the beach! Management was very clear and responsive as well. We’ll be back!

Sea Pines Vacation

We had such a great time while in Hilton Head! The location of this condo was perfect for what we needed. It was so close to the beach and some family that we had also staying in Sea Pines. The condo was very well stocked and had more beach supplies than we expected and the kitchen was great for lunches and breakfasts at home. We will definitely stay here over and over!

Excellent HHI-Sea Pines accommodations!

We had an overall excellent experience with this VRBO listing. Centrally located in Sea Pines with easy access to the beach and Harbor Town. Quiet community. Owners were quick to respond and handled request accordingly.

Great location, poor WiFi

5-10 min bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club, 10 min bike ride to Harbour Town. Nice location, ground floor, well-stocked. Only negative is very poor WiFi. Contacted property manager, but needs updated WiFi.

Location was great. Hard to see condo numbers on main building. Picture on website makes it seem like one story. People above us were a bit noisy. Could use some updating. Maybe new toilets for example.

Relaxing and Quiet

Check in process was seamless. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great. It was quiet and a fairly easy walk to the beach with elementary kids. The beach club was close and right at your entrance to the beach. The beach club had good bathrooms and a place to get popsicles and a bar to get frozen drinks. There was also a restaurant but we didn't eat there. We did eat at Fraziers Tavern, which was a quick walk and was very good food. The drinks were good as well. A great place that is close to grab a drink. I loved the few details from the owner, like the well stocked dishes and containers. I was glad to have lots of towels. A few more trash bags would have been great. Overall, loved the location and the place

Check in was beyond frustrating

Condo was beautiful but communication with the rental company was unprofessional and frustrating. We were on the phone for an hour and a half and talked to no less than 4 people trying to get our check in info and at one point we were told we would have to find somewhere else to stay! When the management company finally responded she was pretty much like it was no big deal. Not sure I’ll ever book with VRBO again.

DIRTY, DUSTY, NOT COVID CLEAN & MANAGER DIDN'T CARE

This property is not as described. I had asked if we could check in early & the response was "the house should be ready by 2" We immediately noticed dust in the Master so I emailed Jim. We continued to unpack & there was dust on everything & in corners. The showers, bathroom sinks, counters, mirrors, weren't cleaned properly, if at all. Hair was in the tub, on walls, around the faucet, etc. Soap scum was in the bathtubs. A drawer in the bathroom was full of hair. The toilet brush is just laying on the floor & doesn't have a holder. This place is old & some "upgrades" were made, but this place needs a major overhaul. The accordion door was out of the groove, dirty walls, the medicine cabinets have rust, the tile floor was dirty with sand, hair & a few dead bugs. There was dog hair on the pillows in the living room, and along the base boards. The grooves for the outside doors haven't been attended to in years. The couches need to be replaced. They're very uncomfortable & you sink way down to the point of feeling like you're sitting on the floor. The blinds have splatter marks all over them & need to be replaced. There are items in the kitchen, but could be better stocked. There was 1 "wine glass" a few plastic ones & a few mismatched beer glasses. If you like wine, bring your own glass. There was decent plates and bowls. The coffee pot was dusty. Paper towels are used in some areas for liners. The laundry room ceiling has holes & brown stains. Upon telling Jim about the dust, I was told a cleaning crew would be there by the end of the day. We didn't want to be interrupted after a long drive, unpacking, then have to move our stuff so it could be cleaned. So he said Xmas Eve. That was our holiday & we were cooking dinner. This mess couldn't be cleaned in few hours & it wasn't a few things dirty, it was the entire condo. Instead of the disruption, I asked for some type of compensation. The offer was HALF the cleaning fee, which was an insult. I didn't think that was fair & was told that's the offer or a cleaning crew. I wasn't about to let someone in while we were gone with our dogs & personal belongings. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED BEFORE WE ARRIVED! Jim could have cared less. The property wasn't checked out before our arrival, so not sure what "it should be ready by 2" meant. They don't care about the renters & no pride in the property. I have pics to prove how dirty & rundown it is. It's definitely not a "step above" Don't book this condo!

Great condo, great location

This condo delivers everything that Sea Pines has to offer: short walk to the beach, beautiful view of the ninth hole of Atlantic Dunes, less than 5 minute drive Harbortown, the forest preserve, Salty Dog, etc. Nice furnishings, super clean.

Nice location to see all of Sea Pines!

Our condo was a nice end unit on the 9th fairway of the golf course. The unit is well kept and has a nice patio and grill so you can be outside. It is a very central location that was a 10 minute walk to the beach and Beach Club, you can carry your clubs to the golf course, and it's a 5 minute drive to Harbor Town and the Salty Dog. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic views of golf and near to everything

Loved everything about the villa. Having stayed in Sea Pines, we were surprised we needed to pay for the entry in order to get to the villa - not a problem for us since we have family that provided a free pass at the gate. Someone had left clothes in the bureaus is the downgrade on cleanliness - otherwise, wonderful.

we were very impressed with condo. Everything to was provided to allow us to enjoy our week . We were surprised to find out just before check in that we would be required to buy a one day pass to sea pines just so we could get to condo. we were though provided with week gate pass once we got to our condo.Internet was too week to sign on to though .All of our devices were unable to connect even though we had password they kept spinning all week. We were thankful for all the beach toys and beach chairs so the possitives surely out weighed the Negative we will most likely stay here again

Seapines in May

This unit was in a perfect location. We could walk to the beach in 5-10 min and it was great for biking. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was updated. The view of the golf course from the condo was beautiful.

Paradise

As they say with real estate it is location, location, location. Been to Hilton Head for over forty years staying twice a year in almost every plantation. In my opinuon first Sea Pines by far is the best plantation. Bike trails are great, the best beach and so peaceful. The next location is the Plantation Club Villas which is as close to the Beach Club as any of the complexes. Two pools and a bike rental within a two minute walk. The last location is this unit. Stayed at Planration Club at least ten times. This was the first time on the first floor. It is so nice not having to wait for the tiny elevator or walking up the stairs with beach chairs and groceries etc. Not only very convienent but on the first floor you have a large patio instead of a small balcony that barely fits two small chairs. This unit is on the far south end of the very large compex meaning it is closet to the beach. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. It is very equipped.
