Please be advised that spalling repair work on the balcony is scheduled to begin mid-June 2025 and continue through August 30, 2026. Work hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Expect noise disturbances, including jackhammering and drilling during work hours. Balcony access will be restricted for safety reasons throughout the duration of the project.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Great place to stay. We were right in the middle of everything here at Ilikai Marina. The room was clean, and super easy to get in and out of. Lots of shops nearby and places to eat around. Great little pub below that has reasonably priced food and great atmosphere. Fireworks on Friday were fun to watch too.

Great location. Everything that could be managed was excellent. Outstanding response to the few issues that came up. The condo is not new architecture but is very functional and worth the cost. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but they didn't charge like it was either. Great value for the money.

The first night we moved in the shower was leaking water all over..the maintenance try to fix it the next day… said it’s temporary fix and parts are ordered from main land…the shower broke again the same night… being on vacation and not being able to shower after swimming doesn’t feel right… the unit is very run down and needs repairs … its in poor condition.. do not stay there if you want a clean functioning place .

It was...fine. Great location, lots of parking available in garage, and nice comfy bed. The building and unit were clean, but just a bit dated & tired. The unit is stocked with the bare minimum (ie no food storage containers, spices, coffee filters, nothing). The listing stated that there was work being done on the lanais which should be completed the end of August, it's not even kind of done. The lanai is locked and it is super loud when the work is actively happening. City views are nice & a/c is good. Again, it was...fine.

Wonderful location minutes away from everything.

Best part of the stay is that you are literally minutes away from everything. Stay is on Ala Moana, next to all the boats, Pearl Harbor, Lagoon Towers and Ocean. I would say 15m away from the main Waikiki strip where all the stores are.

Unfortunately, the balcony was not accessible, and we were not able to open the window at night. So, the unit was really hot, air conditioning is too noisy to have it running all night. Furthermore, the construction guys arrived at 8:00 am to fix the balcony, in front of our window, making noise, which is not expected.

We plan to stay here again when we return to Honolulu. My only suggestion to improve would be new pillows on the bed. The flatten and separate and it was a pain in the next. Otherwise, perfect. Thanks!

First time in Hawaii

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reserved this rental 7 mos prior to departure through VRBO. Services received by VRBO and Ali Beach Rentals were great and efficient. We were very pleased with the whole experience during our one month vacation. It was our first time going through VRBO and we would do it again. I give it a 5stars on all categories for VRBO and Ali Beach Rentals.
