Vacation in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation was everything I was dreaming about and more. The accommodations were great, clean, spacious and a wonderful view. We took many guided tours while there and our pickup spots for the tours were usually within a half a block. The island is beautiful, make sure you explore more than jus5 Waikiki area. I will definitely stay at this condo again when I return to Hawaii.

A great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at a great unit at the Illikai. 15 floor ocean side. It had all the necessities, was quiet, and close to everything in Waikiki. The check in and check out were simple. One issue was the expensive parking. The hotel has ‘valet parking’ which limits your ability to travel freely around the island. Otherwise it was a great stay. We will be back!

I swept the whole floor 2 times with the small whisk broom that was there - I would suggest a full size broom which would help an old person with old knees. Thanks

The property was great, exactly as represented - no issues. The Ilikai itself had elevator issues which were a tad frustrating, but Paul and his unit were great!

Honeymoon in Hawaii

After 14 years of marriage we finally got to the honeymoon! And this unit was paradise! The view was so peaceful (those sunsets!!) and close to our favorite beach. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

Clean and safe

I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the building and the surrounding areas. The unit was exactly like what the pictures show. The pool areas are nothing fancy but they are clean and enjoyable.

Awesome room and view

It was super clean, well maintained (10 out of 10)had a few extras such as Saran Wrap and coffee filters and plenty of linen if needed. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great Location -Gorgeous View -MANY PROBLEMS!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the view from the condo was beautiful and exactly as shown in the picture. It was lovely overlooking the marina and the ocean and watching the sunset every evening!! Unfortunately there were MANY problems with the Ilikai building complex that were NOT good and some issues with the condo we were concerned with.BUILDING issues were:1) Many electrical and air conditioning problems on the main floor so the restaurant was closed the entire 10 days, and other stores had shortened hours for most of the days. 2) The escalators to enter and exit the lobby worked the first few days we were there, but were broken for the last week we were there. 3) Our last full day ALL the elevators were out of service except the one express elevator to the Pesca restaurant!! We were on the 15th floor so that involved walking 15 floors up and down every time we left, including carrying luggage!!!!! This went on for more than 36 hours and was still an issue when we left. Several guests we spoke with were requesting partial refunds for the enormous inconvenience!!CONDO issues were:1) The condo was clean, but there were multiple large round yellow stains on the sheets. 2) The closet door was constantly coming off the track and sticking literally every time we moved it. 3) The toilet frequently would run and we had to take off the lid to get it to stop. 4) The day we checked in we had problems with the door not staying locked, but it worked fine after that.
