Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Expectations were met during our 6 night stay (2 adults, 2 kids). Unit is very functional, uncluttered and relatively modern. A/C works very well. Loved hanging out in the unit between outside activities. Good line-up of beach-loaner stuff too. The building/grounds are out of time-capsule of sort, but for those old enough to remember the good-ole-days, it’s a characteristic we enjoyed.

This property was beautiful and everything we needed inside for fun in the sun and water. Boogie boards, beach chairs and more. The kitchen had a coffee pot and toaster (which wasn’t listed on the amenities) but other than that this was a perfect place for our family of 5! Air conditioning was great and the added fans were a plus for each room as well.

We are returning guests, This PH was immaculate, Panoramic views. This place had everything to offer. Convenient location, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer worked very well. Bedrooms were pleasant and most comfortable. And with The Empire Steakhouse on the top of this building it was easy to slip away for a quiet intimate dinner that we . We are coming back for sure. Thank you for all that you did to make this trip most memorable ....Mahalo

Enjoyable experience

Great location, close to Ala Moana Mall, walking distance to Waikiki, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, beautiful balcony view. Close to bike and car rentals. This all helped to give an enjoyable and relaxing experience

Family Vacation

Nice property, great location, good amenities on site. Only complaint is that the rental needs a new toaster. Every time it got hot it triggered the GFCI and turned off.

Paradise

Great location, quiet place with a wonderful view. Close to everything, yet felt like we were on the "quieter" end of the beach which was perfect. Lots of space for our family of 4.
