Lovely house in beautiful Tairua

A lovely bach, very comfortable and well equipped. Awful weather while we were there but the house was a very relaxing place to hunker down. Would stay again.

Stunning spot. Highly recommend

The property is up in the hills, with stunning views of the water. We stayed with grandparents, adults and kids. The hill to get to the property is steep so grandparents couldn’t walk it, but it’s well worth it for the view! The property is spacious, and two levels to sit outside so there can be separation between all people. No one living on top of each other. Would highly recommend this place. It’s great value, and the hosts were excellent to deal with.

Exceeded all expectation!

This holiday home blew us away!We arrived to discover a beautiful Christmas tree setup ready for us to put our presents under. The kids were sooo excited!Our large family enjoyed the thoughtful attention to detail the hosts put into every area of the house, which made our stay memorable. The Kitchen, living, lounge, and deck area look out over the harbor and garden setting. There are games for the whole family. The BBQ works well. The kitchen is a luxurious well-appointed, home away from home with everything we needed. Right down to spare batteries & a first aid kit, There are two fridge freezers which was so helpful. The internal double garage adjoining the living space is practical with a large family at the beach, It has useful easy-to-access items for cleaning up & being at the beach. The bathrooms are beautiful with makeup mirrors, towel options, and all sorts of creature comforts provided. The bedrooms have good-quality linen and feel clean, contemporary, and inviting. They are on the downstairs level and are quiet and comfortable. It was good having separate areas for sleeping and socializing. The two main bedrooms have divine vistas to enjoy the sunrise & sunset. Enjoyed our stay. Very steep access but good parking. Lots of space. TV very confusing and limited. Barbecue old and dirty - couldn’t use it. Dishwasher also needs repair. Expected rubbish and recycling would be their care for the price paid. Overall satisfactory

Great weekend with friends

This is a a fabulous property. Lovely views from two decks. Lots of space. Good decor and furnishings. Short walk to village. Really enjoyed our stay. Main bathroom upstairs and bedroom downstairs but not a problem for us.

Fantastic stay during the holiday break

My friends and I booked this bach mid 2020 and wanted to end the year on a high and we couldnt have asked for more. Having only ever stopped to pass through Tairua, it will now become a firm favorite on the coramandel coast. The house was more than spacious, clean with everything you need and the deck was incredible for breakfast in the sun or a barbie anytime of the day. Wendy was great to deal with and we hope to make a return sometime soon

Great accommodation in a perfect location

A beautiful home with fantastic views of Tairua estuary looking out towards Pauanui. Close to restaurants and shops. Everything promised was delivered and more. Communication with owners was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to book again in the future.

A spacious modern house with water views from the two decks. Particularly good for two small families as there are two nice double bedrooms with views from deck - so no awkwardness over which couple gets the best room! (although one does have an ensuite....). There is not much in the way of outdoor play space for the kids but the house is directly over the road from the primary school so we got a great game of cricket going on the field there. Small beach is easy walking distance.

Beautiful property, very nicely situated with great views and far enough away from the road to be very quiet. Short stroll to the town and beaches. Very modern and comfortable for the 8 of us. Loads of parking which was good as we had 3 vehicles. Nice outdoor space.
