Great Location

We booked a 2 night stay and were very pleased with the experience. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Merivale Mall , which made shopping and dining convenient. the house itself was nicely presented, clean, and well room maintained. A comfortable and hassle free stay.

Great weekend getaway spot

This was a great place for me and my two adult kids to stay. It had everything we needed for a weekend visit, it has been tastefully renovated with an excellent kitchen, living/dining area and two modern bathrooms with fantastic water pressure in the showers. It has a great location just a 1-2 minute walk to Merivale Mall and several restaurants, and close to the bus service on Papanui Road. This unit has a nice private area for al fresco dining in summer. I recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

A cosy Merivale stay.

A very cosy 3 bedroom that was big enough for our small family. Rochelle was very efficient. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely little house in Merivale

The property was well situated with excellent restaurants and coffee, a very short walk away along with takeaways within walking and short driving distance. Exclusive shopping if that’s what you want also available close by. The house itself was warmed from the sun during the day and heat pump at night. Comfy beds and great hot showers. Highly recommend a stay here…

Great location and comfortable for 2 people for our 1 week stay.

Property is very well located, with only a short walk to the Merivale Mall and also quite close to the city. It was quiet and comfortable. Our host, was easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests. This apartment was fine for the two of us, and would probably be okay for up to 4 people, though the bedrooms are small and lack storage space. The front deck is lovely on a sunny day. The flat was quite well equipped and we appreciated the provision of things like shampoo, and washing powder. Opportunities for improvement would be: - upgrading the linen which was clean but well worn. - the reverse cycle heat pump is too small and struggled to keep the place warm on cold days. - the flat was relatively clean but had a bit of a dusty/ musty odour initially. - instructions in the flat are minimal, and don't cover things like, how to use the washing machine, and dishwasher, and when to put out the rubbish bins.

Great location, nicely presented

Just a short walk to Merivale Mall, and within easy reach of the CBD. Very quiet neighbourhood, a great sunny/private deck and nice comfy furniture. Bedrooms a little small, but shouldn't be a problem for most short-term stays (suited our family of 5 just fine). Nicely renovated & presented. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location. A spacious, comfortable and tidy apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds and all was clean and tidy. The short walk to the supermarket at Merivale Mall was very convenient and Rochelle's communications were friendly and easy to follow. Hopefully the apartment will be available the next time we need to visit Christchurch.
