THINGS TO KNOW
- Must be respectful of the neighbors and follow our strict quiet hours
- All conversations must be brought inside by 11:00PM
- Three stories with stairs and different lookouts
- A flight of stairs welcomes you to the wonderful kitchen on the second floor
- Dogs can not be left home alone if they will bark and disturb our neighbors
- Owner's car is permanently parked in the garage, you may use the second parking spot in the garage and the 2 spots in the driveway
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival

THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

A footpath spills off your lagoon-side deck. Walk four minutes, and Tamarack beach awaits. Funky downtown Carlsbad lies less than a mile from your door, and a 5-star restaurant sits two blocks away. Come home to piles of patios: four decks spread across three floors, with a fire pit and expansive ocean and lagoon views from each. All of these special spaces are calling for you and a glass of wine, your favorite beer or a Nepresso after dinner drink. Once inside, the house features clean lines, glass doors, and beautiful light up and down its three stories. It’s modern, but not fussy. And it’s waiting for you: your freestanding getaway, tucked away in a friendly and quiet cul de sac with beach cruiser bikes and a Peloton (don't forget your shoes) provided for you. Please note if you are bringing your furry friend, it is critical that the dog is not left home to bark. Thank you for keeping the peace in the neighborhood :)

The location of this house is fantastic, great views from three decks and tucked away from tourists and traffic. The house is well designed, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We were very comfortable and our dog liked the small yards on either side. Restaurants, beaches and downtown are within walking distance. A perfect place!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great location within walking distance to the beach and walking paths. Plus only 1 mile to Carlsbad Village. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The beach and lagoon views are amazing!

This is our second time staying at a Beachhaus property and as expected it was fantastic. This home is perfectly located with amazing views of the ocean, it is appointed with the best finishes and is pristine! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to do it again next year.

Perfect!

The house is in a perfect location. Close enough to downtown Carlsbad to walk instead of fighting for a parking space. The house is immaculate, so comfortable with beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and will definitely plan a return visit.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful property with high end appliances and other great amenities. Location was also ideal with proximity to beach and downtown Carlsbad.Perfect outdoor spaces to enjoy the unbelievable view. We will be back! Can’t think of one thing we didn’t like. Great beach house rental! Amazing location in Carlsbad just a few blocks from the beach. Beautiful modern clean interior with cute outdoor area in the back. Convenient to have a driveway for the car so no need to worry about street parking. Amazing views from practically every room. Owners were attentive and great communicators. Even got early check in and late check out as a courtesy since the timing worked out for it. Highly recommend and we would consider renting from them again if in Carlsbad.

Even better than the online pictures

Was a perfect stay for Dad’s 80th. Property is amazing. There were 6 of us and 2 dogs and we felt like we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the time together. Can’t say enough good things about the home and the hosts were outstanding. They were in regular contact with us and made sure we were welcomed and taken care of. The view is great too. Multiple decks and lots of outdoor space to hang out. It’s also a great location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the village but still super close. Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about this property. Room for our family to spread out and relax. Open the doors and windows and take in the ocean air. Short walk to beautiful beach. Fun Cali coastal town. Loved it.

Exceptional Property!

Renting this beautiful home was a wonderful experience. The Property Managers were so easy to communicate with - it made the process very easy. The home is exactly as described or better! All new - high-end appliances, comfortable beds, nice linens, great location! I would highly recommend the home to friends and family to enjoy time at the beach!

Loved this house!

Super relaxing from the moment we walked in. Gorgeous views, spacious house with fabulous kitchen and comfy beds. Great location with lagoon and ocean in walking distance. Amazing amenities including bikes, surf boards, beach umbrellas, toys, etc. We didn't want to leave!

Great House

Family had a fun willed weekend relaxing at this beach house. It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach, but they supply all sorts of fun amenities to enjoy. Would rent again!

Beautiful Home

This house is spectacular. The views are amazing and the layout is very condusive to family gatherings. I had a great experience working the BeachHaus to rent the property and was impressed by the professional nature of the operation.

Paradise in Carlsbad

Great home in a wonderful location. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back. Communication from landlord was great. Home has everything you need. Wonderful view and close to the beach!
