This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, townhome is gorgeous, fresh and well stocked with everything you will need for your beach vacation! Located in the heart of it all yet set back in quiet surroundings to relax and recharge.
With everything within walking distance, guests find they quite literally keep their cars parked in the private 2 car garage their entire stay! Well appointed and beautifully stocked with sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels and a wagon to get you the 1 short walk to the beach. The Village is even closer with restaurants, shopping, a weekly farmers market, handmade ice cream shops and stumbling distance to the Village night life with fun neighborhood bars and local, live entertainment.
The charm of Carlsbad Village is our Village train and train station a few short blocks away that can take you on a day trip to visit Historic Old Town, sight seeing in Downtown San Diego and Seaport Village or even north to LA!
There really could not be a better location in a more beautiful Townhome!
We very much love our guests, meeting new people and providing hands on service to ensure your stay with us is off the charts! After all, we want you to keep coming back!!! We hope to see you soon!!!

Great location! Walk to beach and village. The townhome is very clean, spacious, comfy beds, stocked with everything you might need. We had 8 people and did not feel overcrowded. Underground private parking and garage is a bonus! We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location! We walked to the beach with everything we needed in the beach wagon. We walked to the Coaster station to ride the train to Oceanside. We had a short drive to Legoland. We had an amazing stay and we hope to come back next year! Thank you!

Perfect property and great location

We have stayed in about a dozen properties in Carlsbad and this is one of the top 3 for sure. Perfect condition and a block from the beach.

The property was perfect for six senior adults as it was really well equipped, had five bedrooms with king size beds, 3 and 1/2 baths and was conveniently located for beach access and Carlsbad. In addition it was, modern, clean and it had a two car garage and underground parking for a third car.

Provide new large nonstick skillet or electric griddleThe pictures of the condo didn’t alert me to the stairs which could have been a challenge if our 1 year old was into climbing. The location was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The main floor great. Kimmy explained door and garage codes clearly and was very friendly and responsive. She provided an extra pack and play that we needed.

Annual Carlsbad trip

This property was awesome and fully stocked with all the things a family needs. Due to much rain on our trip we were snuggled in nicely by the fire and made dinner, baked bread, and watched movies. 10/10 would and will stay again!

Perfect location!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and felt very new and clean. Plenty of room for our extended family. Location was perfect, short walk to beach, restaurants, stores, farmers market. We will be making this an annual trip!

Wonderful property!

We really enjoyed staying at Kimmys Carlsbad home. It has wonderful space, we especially loved the kitchen family room area. It is located in a great location in Carlsbad, walkable to everything. We hope to come back!

I have the most handy husband on planet earth for 22 years, two amazing daughters, a handicapped maltipoo and a foster puppy we've just adopted who is a crazy, fun loving terror!
