Needs a lot of work

This place has the bones to be a great place. The location to everything Orlando. The size and layout of the unit. The pool area. The garage. These are all great things we loved about the town home.

It was quite it's a warm place for Family's stay.

The opening Ness and the cleanest. The only thing is the washer make noise and the dryer don't dry like it's suppose to. And the Master room need another bed it make a lot of noise when you sit down and it's uncomfortable. But if all that's corrected they it's a 5 star foe me. As of now it's a 4.5 star

Run Down

This place was a bit rundown and disappointing. The grass/grounds are not mowed, and the mulched areas are a mess. There was a vehicle with a blown tire parked directly across from our unit that had obviously been sitting there for a long time (the metal wheel was rusted…) When we walked into our unit, the temperature inside was 79 degrees, and it stayed at that temperature for an hour and a half despite turning the air down. I called the office, and someone did come out to fix the AC. He told me there was a leak, and he had to put more Freon in it. I knew hood and well that problem had been that way for a while, and it would continually run out of Freon (it did). On top of this, there is not one single ceiling fan in the place. The carpeting upstairs is nasty. The furniture in the master bedroom is in bad condition-the nightstands and dresser are all chipped, and the mattress is terrible. The kitchen is very poorly furnished. There were no dish towels, pot holders, and there is minimal kitchen supplies. The cherry on top is there are raccoons swarming all over the dumpster area. It’s the stuff that nightmares are made of.

Not loved, it’s okay home kitchen appliances were okay they worked the fridge and stove, kitchen table the chairs were loose they were not safe for my family and on the rooms the bed was squicking and in both bathtubs, the water was not draining when you took a shower, the washer and dryer were not working I called and they told me they will call back and never called back for help will never rent again no customer service and no help at all this is what they said on the email Jonathan, Thanks for letting us know, and I am very sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing during your stay. I am creating a service ticket for local staff so that we can get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience resulting from these issues, and I want you to know we will do our best to make things right. Not the best

I was disappointed in this home compared to other homes that I’ve rented. There were enough slats missing on the vertical blinds, that someone could see through. The bed in Master bedroom is SO loud! The smoke detector was missing in the upstairs hallway and the master bathroom overflow cover was missing. I reached out to management about these issues. They stopped by the next day with a lamp and promised to return to fix the other issues. They never came. They also never responded back about when they would come or compensation that they offered. I copied and paste the conversation and attached it below…. From me: This home is definitely not up to my standards! Smoke detector missing, bath tub overflow missing parts and kids bedroom with no lights/lamps or anything! I guess my daughter is supposed to sit in the dark! Management: I do understand and apologize for it. Can you allow me to place a lamp first thing tomorrow and have maintenance reinstall the smoke detector and fix the bath tub? Also I would like to compensate for the inconvenience. Me: Ok, thank you Me: What time and what type of compensation??

It was great but dryer didn’t work well

It was good but the only issue we had was when we arrived after driving 9 hours and our code didn’t work for the front door, we didn’t have enough towels ( we had 7 people staying and registered and had 5 towels which was weird). The biggest issue was that our dryer didn’t work well so it didn’t dry the towels that we had to wash every night. That was definitely an issue The place and location was great though.

Hello Team, not a pleasant experience Couch top is torn and not fit to sit Washer and dryer not working Blinds were dusty A/c wents has bad sediment Carpet in-front of sofa was very dusty Dinning table chairs were springy and no cushion on it We saw a knife handle broken TV remote in living room is not working Door open code didnt work first time had to call security support to get a new one More of all when we called tried to call comfort service multiple times no responded Overall nice location but poorly maintained After we see the experience, we feel its over priced Thank you for asking for asking for feedback

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and centrally located near I4, major shopping centers, and near the major attractions. The location was also in a gated community which was a bonus to me, as it made it feel that much safer. Thank you!

Will definitely use again!

Property was extremely clean and reasonably priced compared to a lot of ofter places during the week of the 4th. The cabinetry, appliances and furniture were all in great shape and modern besides a stain on the rug. The only issue we had was with a toilet and someone came and fixed it about 48hours later(a little longer then I would have hoped but they didn't leave a mess which was a plus). The beds were comfortable although squeaky with every turn(Didn't bother me much but it woke my kids up the first few nights until they got use to it). Every employee I Interacted with on the phone was so kind and caring. Im already looking forward to using Vacasa for a few vacations coming up over the next year plus! The kindness of the maintenance man, the welcome letter and the customer service reps made me a forever customer.
