You will never want to leave this BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom, 3 FULL bathroom unit at Long Beach! With every update and fine touch imaginable, this unit boasts gorgeous oceanfront views with tons of natural light throughout. Step into the condo and find a fantastic "drop zone", perfect for all of your beach bags and flip flops. Leading into the huge and all- white kitchen, you will marvel at the open concept layout with ocean views from every angle. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and beautiful cabinetry. The kitchen comes stocked with every small appliance, utensil and linens you will need- so enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island or make a full meal and entertain friends at the large dining area. The living area is just steps away and features comfortable seating and a large flat- screen TV, perfect for movie nights! Step onto the balcony and relax on one of the couches or enjoy sunset cocktails at the table with friends.

You will love every bedroom in this property- so much space! The first Guest Room has TWO Queen beds, a flat screen TV and its own en suite bathroom, complete with double vanity and shower with glass door. You even have ocean views! The second Guest Room has a King bed, its own flat screen TV and a large en suite bathroom, with modern tile and light fixtures. This guest room has its own balcony entrance and tons of natural light. The Master bedroom is its own retreat with a King bed, a flat screen TV, ample storage and balcony access with amazing views. The en suite bathroom has a HUGE tile and glass shower and double vanities. You will love relaxing here after a long day at the beach! There are also 2 rollaway beds with high- quality, memory foam mattresses, in case you need them.

Just steps from the ocean, your days will be filled with beach activities, pool time and shopping. And TWO Beach Chairs are INCLUDED in your rental!!! This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note:
We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 25.

Starting in August 2025 Long Beach Resort will be commencing renovations with an expected completion date of April 2026. This will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways and stucco. The construction crew will be committed to mitigating disruptions as much as possible. Pools will be off-limits for much of the construction time and balconies will be inaccessible for a period starting in November 2025. Noise levels will vary and occasional jackhammering of concrete will create high noise levels during this time.

Great condo

Very nice condo. Very spacious and well laid out. Two master bedrooms made it great to take adult children and grandchildren. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Family Trip

The girls in my family all stayed in this unit for our yearly beach trip. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Will try to reserve for next year’s trip as well!

Long Beach tower

Wonderful three bedroom condominium, nice swimming pools and a huge white sand beach. The water was very clear and can see the fish swimming at your feet. Wonderful vacation stay!

Great stay

Check in was simple. The room was clean and could tell it had been recently redone. One of the nicer units we've stayed in at Long Beach. It has everything we needed and we'll socked.

Awesome unit and awesome stay!

The unit was perfect for our needs and beautifully furnished! Make sure to check for your wrist bands when you first arrive and let them know. The property managers are very responsive!!

Friends trip

This property was very nice. We love this resort. The property had some areas that needed fixed. The main patio door class and the shower in the one guest room. We would remove the rug under the dinning table. Overall a very enjoyable stay and a great property. Thanks for allowing to use your property. Thank you.

Nicely refurbished

Very tastefully remodeled/refurbished. Showers, counter tops, flooring, etc were all new. New high end washer/dryer, nice TVs, fresh linens. Decor is up to date and well put together. Nice beach views and balcony access from all 3 bedrooms. I felt like they decorated and equipped the condo as if they were going to use it themselves. Loved the key pad on the door. Got in late and there is no check in so was able to unload and get in room very quickly.

11/11/21 Visit

Our group really enjoyed the condo and wanted to stay a few extra days. We reached out to the property management group but they would not negotiate on the price for 1 additional night. We were able to find another property that agreed to a reasonable rate for 2 additional nights. It didn’t Make sense to us to leave the property unrented instead of negotiating a rate that we could all agree to since we had already stayed 3 nights.

Orange feet!!

Cleaners need to mop. Guests before us used self tanner bronzing spray, in the shower, and turned the bottom of our feet orange. House keeping needs to mop. Going home to Tennessee with a tan and orange feet.

It was just ok

When you arrive 45 minutes early and you pay four K to stay there for a week don’t be telling me I need to pay extra to get into my room. Overall the place was OK. The porches had a lot of mold around the sliding doors and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view very well. The furniture cushions were stained and dirty. There was way too much furniture on the porch.

Spacious condo but…

Nicely maintained property however condo needs some changes. Only 3 of the four tvs is a smart tv. Only one hairdryer for 3 bedroom, 3 bath. The lanai furniture is useless with cushions that retain water. We were unable to use it our entire weeklong stay as well is being overcrowded. The 3rd bedroom was like an apartment with, very useful especially with its private lanai. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed their privacy.

New Year’s trip

Beautiful condo on the beach, plenty of places to sleep (two roll away beds and a sectional). Each of the bedrooms had its own bath and it really featured two masters (each with a king bed- all very comfortable) and the third bedroom had a great oceanfront view with two queen beds. The ONLY complaint is that one additional parking pass should have been included (3 bedroom units should have 3 parking passes). One couple had to arrive separately due to a work thing so we would have needed 2 additional passes for 4 cars, it would have been an additional $150 for 2 passes.. luckily they parked offsite for half that price, but the units should have one parking pass per bedroom, then any extras should have the fee. Just a small thing and something to be aware of if you’ll have more than 2 cars. EVERYTHING else was amazing. Patio furniture on the balcony was very comfortable- if we were in the condo, that’s where we hung out. Very close to things for older kids to walk or drive… you won’t be disappointed.

Vacation

Last minute trip we overpaid for. With all the rules listed I was certain it would be top-notch! Thus thinking the cost was worth it having my toddler grandson. The rug and furniture had stains and was clearly not taken care of. Dirty ceiling fans, dirty utensils in the drawers. I took pics and called the lady I had spoken with. My daughter accidentally cut herself with a nasty pair of scissors and had to visit the immediate care and have it glued shut. And a tetanus shot thank goodness. I vacuumed the whole place before departure, causing us to leave at 10 on the dot. People were already there to ‘clean’, one was in a wheelchair. I was sure we’d receive our deposit back but haven’t heard one word since leaving. Will not stay with this group again. Mind you we’ve stayed there several times with different owners, with much nicer and cleaner environments.

Family beach Christmas vacation

The condo was clean and a convenient location. We had plenty of room for 6 adults in the condo. Ample seating throughout, and each bedroom had balcony access which was a win in my book! We enjoyed our stay. I had a couple issues upon checking in.. 1. I had to show the gate security a confirmation number upon arrival. My check in information did not have a confirmation number listed so I had to search through my emails to find my VRBO confirmation email which still had no actual "confirmation" number, but security read the email and allowed us in. I was a bit frazzled, it would have been nice if everything was tucked nicely into my check in email. 2. There was not 2 parking passes waiting for me as there was supposed to be, so I had to call and request the second which I received the following day. I had to speak to the security guard to make sure my car would not be towed while we waited on the parking pass. 3. A pad (like iPad) was accessible for check in once in the unit. I tried to check in with the pad but it was not set with internet by owners. There are so many warnings of fines, as a safety precaution I called to let them know the pad was not working so I did not get a fine for some reason. Early one morning we had a loud banging on our door. We got up to find that 2 men were outside telling us they needed to come in to change something on the internet. I had not received any notification that this would be happening. They told me I should have received an email, I checked my phone but no email. They said it would only take a minute.. Half asleep and confused, I let them in. I kept my distance and called the management while they were inside-without masks.. my call from management was returned later that afternoon which I missed, but they followed up with a text apologizing for the inconvenience and I was given new internet information. I probably should not have let them in until I received a confirmation from the property and demanded face masks, regardless it was inappropriate of management to allow maintenance without notification, safety precautions and time maintenance midday, or at least after 10am.. -we were on vacation.. Our internet went out one day during our stay. We received notification from the property management before we even knew it was out, and how they were handling the issue. The resort property employees were friendly, the resort property was always being cleaned and smelled fresh.

Worst Property Management Company

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this condo last minute because Days Inn had messed up our booking. When we arrived the whole condo had not been cleaned. I reported this to the customer service division of the company. I called around 4:30pm(check in is at 4pm) and said someone would be right out within an hour and hour and half. That time elapsed and no one had still shown up. After multiple voicemails and finally texting the number I got Dakota to text me back. Said there was a glitch in their system and it never alerted the cleaning company to come clean the condo so that’s why our condo was never cleaned. The person they sent out to clean was supposedly their best cleaner and she had stopped answering their calls and texts. They sent an inspector to go check and see if the linens had been picked up and they were not. The inspector then had to come clean the condo. She did not arrive until 9:30-10pm and left by 11. When we arrived the bedding wasn’t changed, condo had sand from one end to the other including counters, towels were smelly and still damp in the dryer, fridge was not cleaned out and trash was all over condo and all windows and mirrors had smudges all over them. When the inspector left after her cleaning the sheets maybe were changed but all the bed spreads were still the same, fridge was still full of previous tenants, sand was still all over the condo and on counter tops, and windows were still dirty. We couldn’t even get into the condo until after she left because with COVID we didn’t want to go until it was cleaned. I was told I would be hearing from the customer service manager would be contacting me Sunday or Monday. It took another phone call and email to hear from her Wednesday. They had sent me a $100 e-gift card to compensate for our troubles and Dakota said that getting the cleaning fee reimbursed shouldn’t be a problem. The customer service manager called and said she had to move this up to the operations manager. It took us until Friday to get a response. We wanted to get the cleaning fee and our first night reversed but the operations manager said that they had already sent the $100 e-gift card and because it was a glitch in their system their policy was not to reimburse for our troubles. I emailed back immediately and still have not heard back from her. Besides all these troubles, there were multiple problems inside the condo. I would not recommend this condo or this property management company.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 25.

Starting in August 2025 Long Beach Resort will be commencing renovations with an expected completion date of April 2026. This will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways and stucco. The construction crew will be committed to mitigating disruptions as much as possible. Pools will be off-limits for much of the construction time and balconies will be inaccessible for a period starting in November 2025. Noise levels will vary and occasional jackhammering of concrete will create high noise levels during this time.
