The living room features comfortable seating, an electric fireplace for those cozy evenings, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The newly renovated kitchen, located just off the living area, boasts modern stainless steel appliances, a wide variety of small appliances, and is fully stocked for all your culinary needs. The breakfast bar comfortably seats three, and tucked away is a hidden closet with a front-loading washer and dryer for your convenience.

The primary bedroom offers a spacious king bed and ample closet space, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed with additional storage. *Disconnect & Unwind: One of the special things about this mountain retreat is the opportunity to truly unplug. Cell service is extremely limited and internet can be intermittent, giving you a chance to slow down and enjoy the peace and privacy of your surroundings. Please note that reliable internet and cell service are not available at the home, so this is best suited for guests looking for a genuine escape from being connected.

*Access Road: The home is located along a gravel mountain road with steep and uneven sections that can be challenging to navigate, particularly for unfamiliar drivers. We recommend arriving during daylight hours. The homeowners are actively working to improve road conditions and access.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
