Welcome to Fireside Lodge 421, a stylish 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo on the fourth storey, conveniently located in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort's main village area with easy ski-in/ski-out access.
The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area, is further enhanced by the fact that there is a vaulted ceiling complete with a ceiling fan to help circulate air throughout the home. This is especially helpful during the summer months.
The dining area features seating for 4, and the full kitchen allows you to prep your own home-cooked meals. Being centrally located in Sun Peaks village, you're also just steps away from many of the best restaurants Sun Peaks Resort has to offer!
The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo which is especially helpful whether you have young kids in your group, or you just want to have a moment of relaxation to soak after a long hard day of adventure.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
