Welcome to Captain's Retreat! This coastal beach house is only a short walk to 30A's newest beach access, and just steps from the community pool! Don't feel like walking?? Enjoy a quick 3 minute golf cart (LSV) ride to Dune Allen Beach Access in your free 6 seater golf cart! This beach access boasts a large amount of beach front space, parking, bike racks, bathrooms, and a crosswalk right from the neighborhood to the beach!

Captains Retreat is a 3 story coastal retreat that is sure to have everything your family is looking for in their vacation home! From the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, to the homes 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathrooms, you will love the space your family has to spread out in. The family room has comfortable seating for everyone in your group, and the kitchen table boasts seating for 8, with an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island. The homes kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.

Moving up to the homes second level, you will first notice a set of twin/full bunkbeds conveniently located in a sleeping nook at the top of the stairs. Additionally the homes second floor has a King Master suite, and guest King suite! Both suites have private bathrooms and access to a private balconies. One balcony overlooks the community pool, while the second overlooks a peaceful green space behind the home. Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find the home's second master king suite, hallway bunks, and a fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and private bathroom.

All four of the home's bedrooms boast private balconies, and a private full bathroom making this home the entertainer's dream! Everyone can have their own personal space, making it the ideal house for multiple families vacationing together!

These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
