Less than 4-year-old house with newly landscaped gardens. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac street and down its own driveway. Plentiful off-street parking and room for a boat as well. Surrounded by mature trees, located a short distance from Omaha Beach. Listen to the sounds of the waves and birdsong from native birds in the surrounding mature trees. Single level home/beach retreat situated at the Northern end of Omaha giving it the charming beachy/bachy vibe (but with all the mod cons).

The space
Our home can sleep up to 7 adults and 2 children comfortably, as follows:

Bedrooms and Bed Configuration - Three very spacious bedrooms, plus a fourth single bedroom:
- Master bedroom (with ensuite) - 1 x Queen bed
- Second bedroom - 1 x Queen bed
- Third bedroom - single bunk beds and king single bed
- The fourth bedroom (off of the 'games' room) - single bunk beds
PLEASE NOTE: The top bunks are only suitable for children.

Bathroom Configuration:
Master Bedroom with ensuite and second bathroom next to bedrooms two and three.

Special conditions: Pets by prior arrangement with the owner (property fully fenced and gated). No smoking in the house.

The master bedroom has a separate walk-in wardrobe and large ensuite with tiled floors, an oversized shower, double vanity, and a separate WC. There is also a second equally well-appointed main bathroom. The "timber look" tiles feature in the entranceway, kitchen, dining, and living areas - stylish and practical for beach living. The kitchen boasts a large island composite stone bench making entertaining a pleasure. All the appliances and mod cons are on hand including an extra wide oven and gas hob, rangehood, twin dish drawers, double sinks, and separate butler's scullery for food prepping.

The dining/family area and a separate TV lounge open via sliders to a spacious covered deck, perfect for relaxing in the shade on hot summer days. A ducted heat pump system throughout the house keeps you warm in winter or cool in summer. A separate laundry and fully carpeted garage, currently set up as a games area with table tennis.

Beach access from the back gate via walkway, with no roads to cross, accessway #9. 5-minute easy stroll.

Omaha cafe, dairy, surf club, and park <10-minute stroll.
