Village Walk 18: High End, 4BDRM, Corner Townhome w/Private Hot Tub
Welcome to Village Walk 18, a gorgeous, high-end corner townhome on the further end of the Village Walk complex. Luxuriously decorated to evoke a ski cabin feel, you'll be delighted with the personal touches all throughout this home!
You can enter either on the ground level to the foyer and mudroom, or go up the stairs to enter near the kitchen and dining area.
The bottom floor features a large mudroom, conveniently set up for removing and storing your sports gear whether in the summer or winter seasons, as well as the fourth bedroom, and a full bathroom.
The fourth bedroom features a sofabed and a set of bunkbeds, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and through this room is your access to your private saltwater hot tub at the back of the home.
The main floor features the glamorous open-concept living room, kitchen and dining area. Off of the living room is one of your private balconies overlooking the forestry and walking trail behind the complex - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee (or apres-ski!).
The kitchen has a warm and homey, rustic design, and features all stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar area, and seating for another 6 at the main dining table.
Across from the dining area is a cute barista station with a mini-fridge, the perfect area to cool and prepare your beverages. Off of the kitchen and dining area is one of the entrances to the home, and the top landing is where the barbeque resides. That makes it convenient to go to-and-from the kitchen for the chef of the family! The main floor also has a half bathroom.
Finally, the top floor features the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms, and another full bathroom.
The master bedroom is truly a luxurious escape. Whoever gets "dibs" sure is lucky!
The master bedroom features a king bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a large walk-in closet, and a lush ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub, separate glass stall shower, and a private balcony. The walk-in closet is spacious and has a sliding door for a bit of separation, so if you're traveling with a young child and have a travel crib this would be a great space for them.
The full bathroom on the top floor has a shower/tub combo which is a convenient option if you're traveling with younger children.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
