House was very beautiful. There were some dead bugs in the window sills. The beds were decent but not overly comfortable to sleep in. Pool and hot tub were amazing - hope we had better weather to enjoy these.

This VBRO is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect for touring the wine country of the Okanagan Valley. Great appointments in the home, furnishings, kitchen, appliances, bedding, bathrooms are all simply top notch. Throw in a view that is rather remarkable and you will not find a more accommodating property. The managers were clear communicators, the reservations and payment process was very well done. This is a very special property. We most certainly enjoyed our stay and we do hope that it will still be available for our bi-annual wine country visits. Very highly recommended.

Honest review: The pictures make the house look bigger than it actually is. The master bedroom was blocked off, which felt a bit ridiculous given the price we paid. The only way to access the property was through a coded entry that opens directly into a bedroom, which was unusual. The blinds were also tricky—especially for what appears to be a luxury property, you’d expect them to be easier to operate. The beds were not very comfortable, and there were quite a few rules introduced after the booking was made. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price we paid. That said, the pool, hot tub, neighborhood, and views were all 5 stars. Everything else was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5.

As for your feedback: -The photos are accurate and as well as the size of the home and bedrooms available / amenities. -We provide all guests full details on how to use the blinds -There are no additional rules for introduced after bookings. The property is beautiful but that’s where the positive ends. Don’t trust the original advertisement as there is a long list of hidden rules and fees that you are not told about until check in. We have rented many homes from VRBO in the past and never ever had as much trouble as with this property. We followed the checkout and cleaning process to a tee and beyond however we were still charged extra fees with no proof. Overall 2/5 at best, beautiful property, would not stay here again.

This guest broke many of the house rules and had an unauthorized party at the home. They left and excessive amount of garbage inside the home. They also left the home very messy. For future guests, please let us know if you have any questions, we're more than happy to respond to ensure you have a 5 Star stay.
