The house was perfect and Jay and his team were over the top helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen was nice and large and equipped with everything we could want! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great with enough towels for everyone. The boat house with an electric hoist was an added bonus!

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Watts Bar Lake. This house was great. Our kids loved the game room, we loved the deck, the hot tub and the master bath. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

House was excellent, large rooms with plenty of space to relax, kitchen well equipped with enormous counter top space. Owner went above expectations to have new gas grill installed for planned large cookout. New furniture and lots of outdoor sitting space to enjoy lake views.

Work and play

Our staff needed a place to stay while leading a training course at Y12 and this property provided the perfect workspace and getaway! Beautiful property and plenty of space. There was only 5 of us but we would have been very comfortable with more! Management staff was very informative prior to checkin and responsive with any questions during our stay. wThanks for a great experience in Kingston!!

Early Family Thanksgiving

This is a beautiful home & property. However, it is not quite ready to rent, construction is still needed to finish rooms. Amenities advertised on listing were not available. The pots and pans were a small starter set, not adequate to cook for 10 people. There are two full kitchens one upstairs and one down, but they are poorly stocked with appliances & utensils used in everyday settings. The listed barbecue was missing, the manager was very accommodating, they authorized the purchase of a charcoal bbq and accessories for $189.00. The room for the golf simulator is ready, but there is no simulator. Beds, mattresses, televisions that are waiting to be installed are stored in closet’s and garage. Beautiful, beautiful property and home, it wasn’t ready to rent at its full price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Barbara, We did find these comments helpful and have taken measures to insure these issues are taken care of. There was one TV that has not been hung yet because we were not sure where it would go best in the room but that will occur within the next week or so. There is a storage closet that had a bed frame, some new pillows and a mattress in it. We decided not to use it at the property yet and have it stored but it does not interfere with any activities of the home. We are in the process of restocking the kitchens with more kitchen utensils together with pots and pans for cooking. We feel that they were adequately done but since you have brought this our attention we will make sure that there is a sufficient amount for the next guests. Although we do feel the appliances are adequate we will be looking into that as well to see how to better equip the kitchens for future guests. We sincerely appreciate that you acquired a grill for the property and were happy to reimburse you for the expense. We do appreciate you letting us know how we can improve and appreciate the 5 star review. You were great guests and we will be excited for you to come again. Our Home Properties Team Debbie
