Amazing Studio, 5 minutes to the Private Beach.

Very cute studio for 2 people. We have comfortable queen bed, pull out futon chair bed. white kitchen is combined with the room. We have washer and dryer, table, private porch where you can relax. Tanger Outlets and Walmart just 4-5 minutes to drive. Many restaurants within 5 minutes to drive. Private beach 5-8 minutes within walking distance . The amazing pool is on the other side of the house. New painting in the room and toilet, new refrigerator bigger size. We allow 2 small dogs or 2 cats.

We have one time a month every second Wednesday pest control, HOA rules. Usually pest control comes between 9am and 10am.

Accommodations were as described, any issues found were addressed and handled by the host in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking for quaint accommodations that are within a short walking distance to the beach or you can drive down and park in the parking deck.

Excellent beach location in a resort community. Pet friendly (which is hard to find during the peak summer months). This was the primary reason that we chose this property. We have an 18 year old geriatric dog who cannot be left behind at a kennel when we travel. We really appreciate this property owner's willingness to permit families with dogs.

Close to the beach

Clean and efficient lodging. All I needed was there! Dog and I loved the walk to the beach and on the beach 3x/day! Host was great communicatpr and very attentive. Nic neighbors

Great spot 5 minute walk to beach and golf course.Less crowded area and semi private location and beach that was ideal. Wish 2nd pool was heated for mid March. Very responsive host.Thanks Aleksandra!

Amazing studio unit

Excellent location with pool just around the corner and a very short drive to the beach with easy access. Room is studio apt with Murphy bed with plenty of amenities. Tanger outlet as well as Walmart superstore and a couple other shops about 5 minutes away. We have stayed here for the past 3 years and will continue. Ex Ellen’s host.

Loved our stay here! Perfectly located for those of us that do not need to be smack dab in the middle of the tourist area. Easy access to beach and shopping is literally right down the street! Would love to stay here again and spend more time discovering what the area offers!

It is the perfect space for just two people. It sits in a quiet little corner and offered lots of solitude and peace. The rooms were clean and maintained well. The only thing I noticed was that the pots and pans for this place had seen better days, so I was happy we brought along the air fryer from home! Otherwise, I literally have no complaints! Wonderful little hidden gem.

I love this studio apartment as I have been coming here for 4 years now. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. It is conveniently located near Tanger as well as Walmart and a couple of restaurants. There is a private pool or you can take a very short drive ( or walk) to the parking deck with access to the beach. Unit is pet friendly which is a plus in my books. There is a dishwasher, stove, coffee pot and a small oven. Unit has two entrances and located in the ground floor. Aleksandra is a fantastic host, quick to answer any questions or concerns. I plan to stay with her again.

Beautiful One Bedroom Condo!

This is a very safe area and easily accessible. The pool is right beside the place and the ocean is a short distance, without having to travel outside of the complex.

Was wonderfully situated near shopping and the House of Blues, where we went to see a concert. Very convenient having toiletries available in the room already!

Life is good enjoy the ride! Beach, pool, tennis court, basketball court. Private community with private beach. We are very close to Arcadian golf course. Tanger outlet with Starbucks 4 minutes drive by car.

Very beautiful pool and private beach, in the condo is relaxing atmosphere. Very quiet neighborhood and very safe, 10 minutes to walk and to drive just 4 minutes to the WalMart and Tanger Outlet with big food court, Ross, Tjmaxx, nail salon, Golden Corral, Bojangles, Marshalls, Wendy's . Seafood buffets just 7 minutes to drive. Private and amazing beach, just 5-8 minutes walk from the house to the beach. Broadway 15 minutes a way. We allow 2 small dogs or 2 cats.
