My family and friends family had a wonderful experience and stay! The space was very comfortable and spacious for our large crew. The street was safe and neighbors were amiable. The short drive to St. Augustine was pleasant. The Beach access was perfect! If ever in St. Augustine, we will continue to rebook. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! There was no hot water in the ensuite bathroom upstairs, but other than that it was great! Super close to Butler beach and a nice drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if I go back to St Augustine.

Absolutely loved this house! Travelled with my daughter and 10 month old granddaughter; the house was exceptionally clean and spacious. The upper deck provided entertainment with the little “ninja” squirrels and after long days of strolling St Augustine, the hot tub was a great way to relax. Amazing communication with the property manger. They texted to make sure we didn’t need anything which was so very thoughtful. Will be renting again in the future.

Peaceful getaway

The house was clean, spacious and a short walk to the beach. The upstairs deck was amazing and where we spent most of our time! The extra living room & desk downstairs were perfect for when I had to work. The host was very responsive when we ran out of propane for the fire pit. Overall it was wonderful!!

We needed 5 big comfortable beds and this place was as advertised! Nice kitchen (though we could not find a corkscrew), plenty of seating for lounging and eating. Big beautiful deck- we wished it hadn't rained so hard so we could have used it.We discovered the hard way that the entrance dior would not stay shut without setting the deadbolt- the winds blew it open and surprised us. Super quiet neighborhood, perfect for our short family weekend stay.

Was cold on FL and it was cold inside. Plenty of room and spices when cooking was helpful. Plenty of dishes and pots. Even had a mixer!!!

Wonderful beach house

The beach house was excellent, spacious and well maintained. My family had a wonderful stay here and made great memories. Everything was clean upon arrival. There were plenty of extra towels, dishes and toiletries. Quiet neighborhood tucked away from the bustle and noise of the beach traffic. The dishwasher seemed a little beat up but still functional. Property manager quickly answered the phone to help me figure out an issue and was very kind. We felt that the stay was a good value for the , and we would definitely book again.

Clean home, plenty of room. There are several large flights of stairs and now they have a baby gate we donated. The AC upstairs stopped working our last night. The host responded the following morning with apologies . He was gracious enough to allow w an early check in after a disaster in a horrible hotel the night before. We are considering this property for next year!

Plenty of room for adult children and spouse

The 4 bedrooms with 3 baths was perfect for our growing family. Plenty of space to relaxing and and escape too. The hot tub was a highlight and I was thankful for the washer and dryer. The kitchen had a refreshing amount of plates, glasses and silverware that we didn't need to run the dishwasher after every meal.We loved being just far enough away from historic district to unwind and easy park BUT also easy to get there when exploring. LOVED the cuban cafe just down the road. We rented bikes in the strip mall next to it - very convenient 24 hour rental so close! Too chilly for sunbathing, but did ride bikes on beach during low tide - very fun!!

Terrific stay!

Upon arrival we were impressed. Property was in great shape, yard clean, plenty of parking space and close proximity to town. Upon entry, the house was very clean and spacious. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs had 2 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All in great condition. Everything was in great shape. The upstairs deck was nice to spend time on in the evening. The house stayed comfortable the entire trip. Beds were decently comfortable. Bathrooms were perfect. In the kitchen, we had everything we needed. One negative to cooking at the house, it wouldve been nice if the grill was located on the upstairs deck instead of the downstairs. Just easier. Overall, we had an amazing long weekend here, no issues and we will definitely consider using this house again if we plan on being in the area again. Thank you.

Nice house but needs a little TLC

Property needs a little TLC, banister to go down stairs in the house let’s out splinters, there is mold in garage above washer, floor going into downstairs bedroom feels like it’s gong to cave in, master shower has missing tiles and clearly moisture is getting into the drywall and behind the other tiles. Upstairs hall bathroom toilet seat cover is broken off. Patio couch wicker is worn and you sink in when you sit on it. House was clean on surface but lacks deep cleaning. House was nice, just needs a little more cleaning and repair attention. I would stay again because I’m not that picky about these details.

We wish you had reached out about these issues while at the property. However, we’ve taken your comments seriously and have made improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.Regarding the specific points you raised: - We regularly perform deep cleanings and have scheduled an additional deep cleaning session to address any overlooked areas. - We inspected the banister and, although no splinters were found, we sanded and smoothed it as a precautionary measure. - The mold in the garage has been removed, and the source (a small leak from a drain in the kitchen above) has been repaired. The affected area has also been freshly painted. - The patio couch is relatively new we didn't notice any sinking when you sit on it but we will continue to monitor its condition. - The areas where the floor felt soft have been examined and repaired. - The missing tile in the master shower has been replaced, and the area has been sealed to prevent moisture issues. The broken toilet seat has also been replaced.We strive to improve and provide the best experience possible for our guests. We look forward to welcoming you again and hope your next stay will be even more enjoyable.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful time here! This house truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great: close enough to St Augustine but not in the middle of the busyness. Beautiful sunset views over the marsh (and if you wanted to launch your boat there is a boat ramp) super close and quick walk to the beach down the road or you can drive your car on the beach (which is very convenient for packing for the day). The house was great and had all the little things you would have at home: spices in the cupboard, supplies in the bathroom, games/books, beach towels and toys. Kitchen had all the supplies needed for making food for the week (we cooked Thanksgiving dinner and only needed to buy a disposable roaster for the turkey). Only thing is I wish the table had sat 8 people (it only seats 6). The beds were all comfortable and spacious rooms with smart TVs in each. The porch was so relaxing and the fire table is a great addition. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. And the completely fenced yard was perfect for the dogs, as was the outdoor shower for them after the beach. Having a washer and dryer was super handy, too (as was the supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets). The contact host was super responsive and helpful/friendly. Would highly recommend this house!
