We greatly enjoyed our stay here! It was a nice, peaceful place where we felt safe walking the dogs in the mornings at the beach, cooling off in the pool in the afternoons & eating out at some great restaurants such as Caps on the Water & Violas & the Black Fly. We would definitely book here again in the future! The host was very attentive to our needs & responded very quickly.

Thank you again for choosing us for your stay. We are so glad you enjoyed our home in St. Augustine, the beach, and the local restaurants. While it can be difficult to cater to all preferences when it comes to mattress firmness, we appreciate your feedback. We have been complimented on the comfort of our beds in the past.

We loved everything about this property. It was fully furnished with everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. For three 74 year old women it was wonderful. We had a little walk to the pool and ocean but we needed the exercise. We would definitely go back again.

The property managers are excellent here. We had several things that needed to be fixed including fridge, HVAC, and outside maintenance but they were very prompt to respond each time! They even brought over blankets when it got chilly. Thank you!The neighborhood is very friendly and tennis/pickleball courts are only two houses over. There’s also a small basketball court and the beach is a short walk away. Good location! Would have given five stars but due to all the maintenance issues, I gave it a 4 out of 5.
