Presented by Luxury Beach Rentals, this stunning waterfront condo is located at The Marina, a prestigious AAA Four Diamond Resort situated along the Intracoastal Waterway. You will feel right at home with a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, a king bed, large bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub and private balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Grande Dunes golf course.



Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with easy access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with a sauna.

-This is a non smoking unit. Smoking permitted outside of condo.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

- Outdoor pool is open year round and heated March, April, May, September, October, November and December

- Both Jacuzzis are open and heated year round

- Indoor Pool and Fitness Center is open 24 hours for your convenience

Outstanding condo!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this beautiful condo! It is even better than described with a great view.....comfortable bed....full kitchen and very ample space. I would highly recommend it and would love to stay there again!

Amazingly Comfortable

Check in was smooth!! Upon entering the room everything was so bright and inviting!! Everything was just great! The view was nice and the bed was extremely comfy!

We have stayed in this hotel many times. This is our second trip to this unit. We love it. Nicely decorated, very clean. I love they provide items to keep the unit clean as you stay there. Outside balcony is furnished nicely and very comfortable to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Bad times

Check in took 1.5 hrs...rm had no hairdryer, toilet paper, little soap, TV DIDN'T WORK...had to pay hotel staff to fix and when you shut it off internet goes out....dishwasher didn't work, no ice bucket.....whole trip sucked....vrbo staff unavailable

Ice maker and water on the refrigerator didn't work. The hot cold faucet in the shower is reversed. Cold is hot, hot is cold. Needed directions for using the TV. Finally, got it figured out. A handle on the bathroom closet needs another screw. The kitchen faucet has a tab on top that falls off. Otherwise, the place was very satisfying.
