The Space:

Garden Lux Retreat is a luxurious new construction 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom garden apartment located within the exclusive gated community of Solemare Resort, which boasts unbeatable amenities. Situated in the vibrant Isla Verde area of Carolina, Puerto Rico, this ground-floor unit offers a private fenced patio, modern conveniences, and easy access to breathtaking beaches, fine dining, and the best of Puerto Rican culture. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, Garden Lux Retreat promises a stylish and comfortable stay in an unbeatable location.





LIVING AREAS



Step into a spacious living room equipped with a large TV, plush seating, and soundproof windows, ensuring peace and relaxation. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a table for six, perfect for enjoying meals with friends or family.





GARDEN TERRACE



Unwind in your private fenced patio, a peaceful outdoor oasis exclusive to Garden Lux Retreat. From here, you're just a few steps away from the pools, interactive fountains, and the resort club, which includes a gym, playground, and more. This garden terrace is the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring Isla Verde.





KITCHEN



The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials for home cooking. It features everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, a 4-burner stove, full-size refrigerator and freezer. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, this kitchen has you covered.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen TV, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy.



The two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and share a hallway bathroom.



All rooms are air-conditioned to keep you cool and comfortable, and they feature blackout curtains to ensure a great night’s sleep.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):



We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

GETTING AROUND & PARKING



Garden Lux Retreat includes parking for two (2) cars. The property is located on a busy street, making driving the easiest way to navigate the surrounding areas.



While Ubers are readily available, we recommend renting a car for the convenience of exploring all that the area has to offer.





LOCATION



Located in the heart of Isla Verde, you’ll be just a short drive away from world-renowned beaches, local markets, and top restaurants. Explore nearby Pine Grove Beach for surfing, or enjoy the local flavor at Calle Loíza, known for its diverse culinary scene. The vibrant nightlife of Isla Verde, including popular spots like Club Brava and Vivo Beach Club, is right around the corner.



From beachside relaxation to thrilling adventures, Isla Verde offers something for everyone:



- Visit Isla Verde Public Beach for swimming and water sports

- Experience the nightlife at La Placita or local clubs and bars

- Enjoy outdoor adventures at El Yunque National Rainforest or take a scenic trip to Laguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay

- Take a 20-minute drive to Hacienda Campo Rico for an exhilarating ATV ride

- A short Uber ride (15-20) will take you to the historic streets of Old San Juan, where you can explore landmarks like El Morro and La Fortaleza



Other Things to Note:

STARTER AMENITIES



At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

- 3 garbage bags

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- 1 dish soap

- 1 dish sponge

- A small amount of laundry detergent



Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





HOUSE RULES



RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

We want your stay at West Indies Vacation Rental to be smooth and enjoyable. You can message us anytime after booking with questions. Starting 5 days before arrival, your designated Property Manager will also be available to answer any additional questions you may have prior to arrival. You’ll get all the essential property information 48 hours before arrival, as well as the Property Manager’s direct contact, so you’ll have support when you need it - before, during, and after your stay.
