Just renovated to a very high standard: The perfect condo, and only a 6 minute walk to the famous Grace Bay Beach! Located in the luxury Leeward area, a gated, secure residential area where all the major exclusive luxury villas are. The beach is a short stroll away & the main Grace Bay shopping / resort area is 5 minutes by car. The condo boasts a hot tub, large pool, stunning modern finish and appliances.

For the first 3 months we are offering substantial reduction in nightly rates whilst this listing is new.

This 925 sq. ft. luxury one bedroom, newly renovated condo (in Jan 2023), provides all necessary amenities for your home away from home.

Great quite location roomy clean

Condo was great , pool was quiet ,two gas grills to use nice grilling area. 2 mile walk to center of town . 5 min walk to leeward beach which is nice no crowd ! Kitchen has all you need to cook! Smart tv for late night movies

Wonderful experience

The condo was just what we needed for two weeks in Turks and Caicos. It was just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were just a few things needed in the beginning and Adam and Valerie were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Leeward Neighborhood

I love the privacy of the Leeward Settlement. Great beaches-Sunset and Pelican Beach.This unit was beautifully renovated. The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked if your doing some cooking on your vacation. The pool was a plus. We found this condo to be in a very quiet at night. The management was very responsive, but we had no issues, just a TV question.

Don't hesitate

First time at Turks and Caicos and it couldn't have been better. This unit is exactly as described and as presented by the photos. Adam responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Leeward beach is a short walk away. We drove to various beaches - Grace Bay, Long Bay, Taylor - all beautiful beaches. Spent 10 days and didn't have one mediocre meal, food was spectacular. Don't heaitate to book this unit and go enjoy yourselves. Thanks for everything, Adam!

We just returned from a week-long stay at Adam’s condo, it was so good that I’m now actively looking for ways to get evicted from my actual home just so I can move back in here permanently.First, the location. You’re in the Leeward Settlement, which is basically the "VIP section" of Providenciales. It’s a short walk to Sunset Beach, which is great because it took me exactly 5 minutes to realize I’d forgotten my sunglasses, walk back, and still make it to the water before my morning coffee wore off. This condo comes with all the beach gear you need, and a handy wagon. The condo itself is a "hidden gem"—and I mean that literally; it feels like an oasis of tranquility tucked away from the chaotic resort crowds. The kitchen has granite countertops and actual, functioning stainless steel appliances, which was a nice change from my usual vacation experience of "trying to toast bread with a hairdryer." It even had a washer and dryer, allowing me to return home with clean laundry—a phenomenon my suitcase has never witnessed before.Pro-tip: You are a 5-minute drive from the main Grace Bay shopping strip, so rent a car unless you want your Fitbit to stage an intervention. If you're looking for a place that makes you forget your mortgage and your boss's email address, this is it. 10/10, would definitely stay again (if the owners let me).

The condo is located in a quiet neighbourhood and area. Felt very safe. Found the condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was top drawer. Easy access to Sunset beach.
